If you have forgotten your password you have the ‘forgotten

password’ option on the log on page. This will send you an email

with a new password.

After logging on you will be directed to the home page where

you can start your search.

If your policy allows you will still have the option to assume the

identity and policy of your traveller by entering their email address in the booking as field.

Once you have completed the search details you would click on

the ‘Fare search’ button to see available fares.

If you have entered a travellers email address in the ‘book as’ box on then you will see the

traveller displayed here.

To book for more than one passenger you can click on the +

next to Adult 1

When more than one traveller is selected you are then able to add the names of the travellers and if

the traveller has a rail card.

You can also select who the main traveller will be. The lead

passenger will receive the confirmation/refund email.

You will search for tickets as you would have done on the previous

site.

The search option will reflect the previous site. There is also an

additional option to ‘avoid London Underground’. If ticked the system will not bring back

any journeys that include underground.

On the results page you will see Return Fares and Dual Single Fares on the same page. Dual

Singles can sometimes be cheaper than booking a Return

Fares.

The suggested fare will show the cheapest ticket available.

As on the previous site you will click on the option you wish to book. You can then look at the

fares rules of the ticket by selecting the options displayed in

the yellow box.

A summary of what you have selected will display at the

bottom of the page.

Once you have selected the ticket you would like to book you can

then reserve seats or to add booking to basket.

If you select ‘Reserve a seat’ you will be directly to this page which will allow you to reserve a seat as

on the previous site.

Once you have selected your seat preferences you can continue

with the booking.

You will now be able to see what seat has been allocated. If you

are happy with the seat allocation you would then click on the ‘Add

to basket’ button.

If you select the ‘Continue Shopping’ option this trip will be stored in the basket and saved whilst your session is open. The checkout option will allow you to

proceed with this booking.

By clicking on the expand button you will be able to view the

details of what will be booked before proceeding to the check

out.

There is also an option on this page to amend the traveller

custom fields e.g cost centres or employee number.

‘Buy Now’ will take you to the final page of the booking

process.

If you select the ‘Check Out’ option then you will be taken to this page where you can select how your tickets will be sent e.g

TOD, First Class or Special Delivery. These options will vary

depending on your companies policy.

On the final booking page you will be asked to confirm any

payment details as you would have done on the previous site. You must accept the terms and

conditions.Click the ‘Confirm’ button to

complete the booking.

The booking reference will be displayed at the top of the

confirmation.

The confirmation page will display the details of the booking

as it did on the previous site.

If you need to view your booking again on the system after it has been booked you can do this by clicking on the ‘Orders’ button.

To view your booking you would enter the booking reference and

search.

You are able to view the confirmation and cancel the

booking on the page.
