Architectural DesignFourth Year of StudioCommercial BuildingThe site has 2000m2 and it is lo-cated in downtown of Maringa, Brazil. The building has a restaurant at the ground floor, two floors of parking under-ground and fifteen floors of of-fices. It has four different plans for the offices, that are zigzaged resulting this final volume. Every floor has a green roof that colects stormwater and at the top of the construction has solar panels to produce energy that it will be consumed by the offices.
