Skills- Project Manager Construction and Project Architect.- I am an architect-engineer with seven years experience and during this time I have been working on various projects and constructions of hotels and resorts, commercial buildings, home units and industrial constructions. During the last years I have earned lots of ability to manage diverse situations through collaborative efforts with engineers, designers and consultants among others, from a project’s inception to project completion while maintaining great relationships.- Background in large projects. Nowadays, and among other projects I´m the project architect for the execution stage of the Witte Mari-tieme Stad, a project of 750 apartments at the Belgian coast. In the mid-time I´m the architect in charge for the execution of South View, a quite complex building of 120 apartments, daycare center and a bank office. In the past I was responsible for the biggest Resort under construction in Brazil at the time (2008-2011)- Strong experience in the Hotel Industry, from the design stage and conception until the end of construction. I’m used to review projects, consultations, implement technical dossiers and brand requirements, hotel team´s needs and their solicitations.I have constructed 1197 five star hotel rooms in three countries, and worked on 6 different hotels. I have built also two Spa complexes, the first one was the most technical spa installation in Brazil, the second one was a renovation in Puerto Vallarta. - International experience: Spain, Belgium, Brazil, Mexico, Jamaica and Dominican Republic. I´m used to travel and to manage the difficul-ties that this may bring. I´m also used to work under hard conditions and in complicated situations. -Experience in permits management. I was the technical responsible for obtaining the building permits of a new resort in a protected area in Bahia (Brazil) with a successful ending. The past year I have obtained the permits for the construction of an Industrial complex with more than 20.000m2 of construction in Oostende. I am used to monitoring, reporting and following-up the different actions and give solutions during the process. -Hard worker, problem solver, team player, good communicator, passionate for my work and fully committed to my projects and company.
