AUSSTELLUNGSKONZEPT

Eingangssituation
Tonmodell 3d eingescannt.
3d Plot (Modell besteht aus 12 Einzeltei len)
Physical Model - Thesis
In the design process I started with modelling an object from clay. To get a digital model, I scanned this object with a 3D-Scanner. Based on this scan I created a proper model in Rhino. Throughout the project I switched between physical and digital modelling.

MODEL
„noch leichter“The viewtower has the scale M1:50. The main structureis made of soldered brass and the cover consists ofwelded PE-foil which is inflated. With the Pneupillows you get a light weight cover and allround view. The static system includes the two beams and the staircase. The front window is closed but if you climb up,your weight will move the stair forward and the cabindownward. Through a cable pulley this motion opens thewindow.

OBJECT- AND PRODUCTDESIGN„airlight“The semester‘s assignment was to approach the concept of a table in a different way. At this time I worked in the company of Michael Schultes (schulteswien) which offered me the possibility to produce this product based on PE-foil.
„inflatable chair“At the „textile roof“ seminar in Berlin we designed a inflatable flexible outdoor furniture. You can zip many of these parts together and get a circular furniture.
