INTRODUCTIONThe Husheng Caofeid ian Agr icul tura l Techno-logy Industr ia l Park is an important is a project encompassing a large amount of industr ia l func-t ions, corporate development, and housing. To create a unique ident i ty for the new develop-ment, i t was important to f ind a balance between the di f ferent funct ional e lements of the project . This scheme solves the problem wi th a uni fy ing green network that physical ly l inks the people to thei r job, to thei r work, and to the nature.

There di f ferent funct ions are c lear ly def ined, through thei r mater ia ls and forms, but throughout the project , there is a speci f ical ly nordic expres-s ion that emphasizes the c leanl iness and pract i -cal i ty that Scandinavian archi tecture and design has come to embody.

The Husheng Caofeid ian Agr icul tura l Technology Industr ia l Park wi l l s tand out both in design, and socia l responsibi l i ty, and wi l l be a v i ta l part of the ent i re expansion of the Caofeid ian area.

5 Star Hotel

The hotel is a cube form that has been carved into, in order to maxi-mize sun exposure, whi le also op-t imiz ing v iews for the var ied hotel rooms.

A tr iangle shaped atr ium cuts through the cube, opening up the volume, also giv ing al l rooms their own balcony. The sun highl ights the entrance at ground f loor, which is elevated, avoiding any v isual og v i r tual barr iers wi th the surrounding green scape of the apartment com-plex. A water pool at the ground f loor by the entrance under the hotel ref lects dayl ight, creat ing a calm yet exclusive atmosphere when arr iv ing to the hotel .

The hotel is or iented towards the sun, and the bui lding form twists so to accommodate the high sun l ight at summer t ime, and lower l ight du-r ing winter.

Hotel sui tes are located on the cor-ner axes of the nearby roads, the outer ones over look the urban street scape, and the internal ones towards the atr ium facing the apartment.

Pilsbo - Atelier houses Sigtuna Sverige.11 rkkehuse, fra konkurrence fase til projektering og udfrelse. Boligerne placeres som en lysning i skoven, hvor bebyggelsen deler grunden op i 2 dele, det flles sociale ankomst areal og de private haver. Et dobbelthjt entrrum str som et skr i bygningen, hvor lysets bevgelse over dgnet reflekteres som et solur via spejlende flader langs vggen. Det store kkken og opholdsrum bner sig mod terassens bne flade og den smukke ttbevoksede bjergskrning.

Rkkehusene kaldet Atelier husene, er udformet ud fra et princip om at hente mest muligt naturligt dagslys ind i de ellers kompakte bygningsk-roppe. Husene har sledes en tvistet krop, hvor hver rum orienterer sig efter dagslyset
