09/2005 - “Borbulhas” Contest

The project Cool was awarded the first place prize in its category in the “Borbulhas” contest offered by Chandon Brasil in partnership

with Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado.

The product is a blanket of one meter in length and is composed of capsules containing thermal gel.

Once cooled, the product keeps the temperature of the bottles of Baby Chandon and displays the label of the drink until the moment of its consumption.

Link is a project that proposes the development of an interface which straightens the relationship between clients and company. It also provides Internet access in new environments. Using todays technologies, some which are still under devel-opment, this project’s objective aims for the expansion of free internet access points, and migrate to a computerized system all services offered by companies such as hotels, restaurants, hospitals, supermarkets, airports and any other enter-prises wishing to sophisticate the attendance of their clients.

The ECO table received the first place prize in the student category from the Planeta Casa competition, offered by the Casa CLAUDIA magazine of the publishing company Abril. The project is intended for use in external environments. It is manufactured in Reciplac, a composed plate made of an organic resin and triturated pieces of TetraPak packages. For the paint, it was proposed the use of an ink developed by Renner Duppont which uses water as the solvent. The modular furniture is composed of three parts that can be organized in different ways, forming also more than one table, depending on the necessity of the user. These parts are connected between themselfs by magnets camouflaged in the laterals.

10/2005 - IED Contest

Project developed for a contest offered by the Istituto Europeo di Design of São Paulo.

The table’s concept is to apply used materials with a simple method of assembly. In accordance with the image below, the white part is made of re-used construction wood that when allied with a project of a special cut makes possible the good use of the material.

The black part is wavy cardboard that acts as a soul for the wooden parts giving structure to the whole piece. A triangular cover completes the table that does not need glue for assembly.
