DYNAMIC DRIVING PROGRAMS Half-Day and One-Day Courses

THE NEW BARBER PROVING GROUNDS FACILITY!

The New Barber Proving Grounds is a 22 acre, multi-use facility comprised of a track (Handling Circuit) with multiple configuration possibilities (the track includes a large, banked turn), a large skid pad and plenty of paved area to either extend the length of the track or add additional exercises like Performance Driving Techniques, Lane Change and Turbo Launch. The facility can be used for Half Day and Full Day Dynamic Driving Programs.

Description: The Half-Day Dynamic Driving Program is the perfect opportunity to combine work and play. From noon to around 4:30 we’ll give your participants a thrilling experience that won’t soon be forgotten. The program starts with registration and lunch followed by a brief class-room session. Participants then begin rotations through the Skid Pad,

Handling Circuit and Lane Change exercises while driving the Porsche Box-ster GTS, Panamera Turbo S, Carrera S and Macan S. Your group will then race against each other and the clock in the Track Challenge competi-tion. To end the day, participants experience the ultimate thrill; hot lapping with instructors on the Handling Circuit at racing speeds.

DYNAMIC DRIVING PROGRAMS Full Day Course

Description: The Full Day Dynamic Driving Program is the perfect solution for those looking for a more economical alternative to the One-Day Precision Course (on the main Barber track). The fun-filled day expands on the Half-Day Dynamic program with additional sessions on the various driv-

ing exercises, including the Off-road course (when available). Participants will experience the Porsche Boxster GTS, Panamera Turbo S, Carrera S, Cayenne S and Macan S. The program ends with thrilling instructor hot lap rides around the Handling Circuit at racing speeds.

Description: The Precision Course provides an intense one-day experi-ence. The course begins with a brief classroom session discussing basic vehicle dynamics and the driving line. Participants then begin a series of rotations through the Skid Pad, Performance Driving Techniques, Autocross and track driving sessions. After lunch, participants get another turn on the

autocross track during the Autocross Challenge, more training on the Skid Pad, the Lane Change exercise and spend the rest of their day lapping the race circuit.

Description: The most comprehensive driving program available. The two-day Performance pro-gram begins with a brief classroom session dis-cussing vehicle dynamics and the driving line. Participants are then transferred to the track and begin a series of rotations through the Skid Pad,

Performance Driving Techniques, Autocross and track sessions. The first afternoon is spent mas-tering the proper driving line and the many tech-nical corners of the track, while continuing to sharpen basic skills at the Autocross, Skid Pad and Lane Change. Then you’re off to dinner with the instructors at the Grand Bohemian Mountain

Brook. The morning of day two is dedicated to heel and toe downshifting, competing in the Auto-cross Challenge, Cornering Drill and track ses-sions. Skills are continually refined with track ses-sions in the afternoon and the Cayenne off-road course.

THE TRACK Barber Motorsports Park

The Barber Motorsports Park (BMP) is

the home of PSDS. Located just outside

the city of Birmingham, Alabama, BMP is

one of the best roadrace facilities in the

world, and PSDS has recognized it as

one of the finest. The facilities are ideal

for learning the finer points of the art of

high-performance driving and features a

2.38-mile road course with a variety of

high-and low-speed corners sculpted

into the gently rolling terrain. The track

includes over 80 feet of elevation

change and 16 turns.

The professionally designed, world-class

road course has made a name for itself

as being not only extremely competitive

but spectator friendly as well.

THE MUSEUM Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum

Dedicated to the preservation, inter-

pretation, exhibition and history of

motorcycles, vintage vehicles and

motorsports.

The Barber Vintage Motorsports Muse-

um (BVMM) is a unique facility offering

motorsports enthusiasts an opportunity

to view an extraordinary collection of

motorcycles and cars. Guests can stroll

through five floors of displays represent-

ing the history of motorsports. Situated

inside the Barber Motorsports Park, the

museum is a beautifully designed archi-

tectural wonder. When they enter the

museum, guests from all over the world

are amazed by its sheer size and splen-

dor. Visiting the BVMM is truly an expe-

rience that can be enjoyed by all.
