TASFO, Technical Assistance Service Front Office, is the new powerful informatic tool internally developed by Ponti Radio PR.

All operative processes are completly managed by TASFO, an application developed to be used on the Internet environment.

TASFO ensures two ways communications between Ponti Radio and the customers, providing real time information on the entire process, from trouble ticketing/shooting and ticket dipatching to logistics and maintenaince interventions scheduling/tickets processing and statistcs.
