Depending on the application and product shape, customized cleats can be cut out and flat flight material according to your drawing.We are able to customize cleats can help to support your convey products.

V GUIDE ON THE COVER In light conveyors and BLUEDRIVE conveyors, slots can be grinded trough the drive bars in running direction for different purposes, such as better belt tracking. In addition, profile can be welded into the slots for guiding purpose as well. The edge sections of the drive bars can be grinded away to close gaps at the belt edge and to guide the conveyors.

V GUIDE ON THE BOTTOMTracking guides are placed on the running side of conveyor belts. This provide true conveyor tacking in applications where long narrow belts are used for conveying products.Tracking guides are also common where products are side loaded, which could otherwise cause a lateral shift in the conveyor’s direction of travel.The tracking guide can be notched to provide maximum flexibility around the pulleys.

SIDEWALLSidewall can be added in different height and thickness.For the technical information , see in our websitewww.extrudingskill.com in the chapter sidewall.Customize sidewalls help to optimize the belt features to specific application needs.Extruding bord flexible and wear resistant corrugated sidewall profiles can be applied on TPU light conveyors and BLUEDRIVE processing belts.Extruding bord can be used in a wide range of applications in order to contain bulk goods at the side of conveyor belts.

SPROCKETSDifferent sprocket sizes are provided as standard for our two positively driven models with different bores for installation.One key point is the additional need for wearstrips on conveyors running on slider surface in order to reduce the coefficient of friction. We recommend to use only UHMWPE material for wearstrips to optimize the belt performance.

JOINTING OPTIONS

BUTT JOINT The fastest and easiest way to join BLUEDRIVE is a butt / head-to-head welding machine. The two ends of a belt are prepared on a machine where a heating plate is used to melt and weld the two ends.

FINGER JOINT A standard vulcanizing machine is used to weld the BLUEDRIVE FLAT by using a single finger joining method (80x20 mm fingers).

MECHANICAL AND PLASTIC FASTENERSPlastic fasteners can be supplied to facilitate belt installations in difficult locations.
