STAP 1 - ZithoogteverstellingDe juiste zithoogte van een stoel is de basisvoorwaarde voor ergonomisch goed en ontspannen zitten en werken. Stel uw stoelhoogte zo in dat uw benen in een hoek van 90˚ staan.

STAP 2 - ZitdiepteverstellingStel de juiste zitdiepte in. U heeft deze bereikt wanneer u 2 vingers tot max. uw vuist tussen de zitting en uw knieholte kunt plaatsen. Zitdiepte instelling 10 cm. De zitting heeft ook een kantelfunctie om zo confortabel mogelijk aan uw bureau te zitten.

STAP 3 - Rug in hoogte verstelbaarDe rugleuning kan op verschillende manieren wor-den ingesteld:A) De rug kan in hoogte worden versteld.B) De lendesteun kan zo worden ingesteld dat het holle gedeelte van uw rug opvult. Dit is in de meeste gevallen op de broeksriem, wervel L4 en L5.

STAP 4 - Synchroontechniek rugleuningDoor het los of los en vast zetten van de rug en zitting (synchroon) kan men de rug in 3 standen verstellen.Passief zitten: zet de rug 1 positie naar achteren. Hierdoor ondersteunt het bovenlichaam uw hoofd, waardoor de nekspanning wegvalt.Actief zitten: bevordert en ondersteunt wisselende zitposities, waarbij de rugleuning de bewegingen van het bovenlichaam volgt. Gebruik hierbij de gewichts-instelling (Stap 5).

STAP 5 - GewichtsregelingDe gewichtsregeling is een techniek, waarmee de te-gendruk van de rug exact op het lichaamsgewicht van de gebruiker ingesteld kan worden.

STAP 6 - Armsteunen 4DDe juiste instelling van de armsteunen is door de hoogte te bepalen van uw type houding. Ga achter in de stoel zitten en neem een houding aan, waarbij de schouders op een ontspannen manier afhangen. Stel de armsteunen zo in dat u ondersteuning krijgt onder uw ellebogen. Armsteunen kunnen naar binnen/buiten, hoog/laag en van voor naar achteren ingesteld worden.

STAP 7 - LendesteunVoor extra ergonomische ondersteu-ning van uw rug en natuurlijke S-vorm kunt u de lendesteun uitdraaien.
