FOURBIN FEEDER

Cold aggregate feeder is made from M.S. Plates and mounted on robust chassis. Each bin has independent conveyor belt and is driven by synchronized variable speed D.C. Motor coupled with hollow shaft gear box for feeding the aggregate at a uniform and predetermined rate through a precision adjustable bin quadrant gate. A continuous type electronic belt weigher (Load cell) is mounted on gathering conveyor for weighing the aggregate feed into drum which gives signals to bitumen pump for proportional supply of bitumen. The gathering conveyor is driven by A.C. Motor coupled with reduction gear box.

Mechanical transmission, 8 speed reduction gearbox with differential lockarrangement.All the gears are of alloy steel & are hardened and ground and are workingin oil bath.

The brakes consist of air boosters, which are controlled by pedal from the operator's seat. The safety brakes are acting on the speed shaft, which are coupled to the drive wheels.

The main screed is pivoted at the center point of the machine to assurea constant flatness of work onuneven grounds. It consists of 2.4 mtrmm main screed with mechanicalextension of suitable size of work upto 4.0 mtr. The screed plate is 600mm wide, 16 mm thick and made ofcarbon steel and hardened for longservice life.

Two thrust rollers are fixed on frontbeam fitted on front part of the machine.

Operator's seat is fitted on the left side of the machine. The seat isadjustable. All panels and levers are within the easy reach of the operator.

The movement of the two hoppers is obtained by means of hydrauliccylinder. Two conveyor chains one on each side is independently controlledand made of Hardened Steel and covered with rubber belts. Materialconveyed on both side is sprayed by two auger, both independentlycontrolled by levers provided near the operator's seat.

12 V battery is provided for lighting system working and traveling of machine.

( Piston seal and rod seal of P U material.)

Rear Wheel on equalizer Beam reduces undulations of the laid met and decreases wheel slipping.Hydraulic steering for easy operation.

Rotating cylindrical drum is mounted on chassis and fabricated from steel plates. The electronic high pressure jet burner is fitted on the structure from where cold aggregate is feed into the drum and controls temperature automatically. The thermodrum is divided into two zones i.e. Radiation and coating zone The divider plate is provided before coating zone to prevent fire of bitumen inside the thermodrum. Cyclone type dust collection system and exhaust is provided.

Asphalt Tank

Fully insulated tank is equipped with separate low pressure electronic burner for heating the asphalt. The Positive displacement jacketed asphalt pumps is provided with hot oil circulating system. All pipelines are hot oil jacketed and insulated. The asphalt pump is coupled with reduction gear box and D.C. Motor
