Annalitical Programme for the universitary course Political science is destined for the first yearstudents who study at the following departments: Economics, Psychology and Social Assistance,Journalism, Engineering, Foreign Languages, and Medical Studies. The overall duration of thiscourse is of 30 hours: 20 hours of theoretical studies and 10 hours of practical studies. This coursewill end with an exam in written form.

Gnoseological and praxeological preliminary competences: Before approaching this course thestudents have been made familiar with socio-humanitarian modulus at school which gave them ageneral grasp of the political problems.Interdisciplinarity: The course Political science has direct links with other socio-humanitariancourse, which will be studied by students: Philosophy, History, Sociology and Psychology, Thetheory of the state and law< European Community Bodies.The Courses Place in the General Curriculum: this course is attributable to the generalframework elaborated by the Ministry of Education in the field of socio-humanitarian modulus.
Political science as a course differs from other humanitarian disciplines by introducing a morepractical approach to the social issues.Interdisciplinarity: The course of Political science, is directly linked to socio-humanitariancourses such as: Philosophy, History, Psychology, Sociology, etc.The position of the course in the study program course is a part of the socio-humanitarianmodule contained in the study frame of the Ministry of Education. Political science is a coursefrom the socio-humanitarian module which comes in harmoniously in the system of theoretical and
practical disciplines taken to assure the multilateral background of the future specialists in differentdomains. Unlike other courses of the socio-humanitarian module Political science is as well a
practical course as a theoretical one.GENERAL OBJECTIVES:1) the deepening of the theoretical knowledge of the students in the area of politics as a sphere of
society in general and in particular different issues of politics such as: political power, politicalsystems, the state, political parties etc. One of the main objectives is to approach all political issuesthrough the view of political realities of Moldova. The themes that will be discussed during thissubject will be an opportunity to understand more profoundly the political reality of Moldova and ofother countries as well.2) the enlargement of the knowledge about current issues of moldovan and international politics, theformation of the political values through the main principles and postulates which will influencethe future activity of the students as economists, lawyers, engineers, philologists, journalists, etc.These major tasks realized through other reference objectives:
a) perfectioning of the analysis and synthesis competences of the theoretical sources in the domain;b) the promotion of the presentation and polemization abilities on the main issues of politics, itsinstitutes, its objectives and evolutions c) the formation of the competences of interdisciplinaryapplication of the theoretical knowledge coming from other socio-humanitarian disciplines; d) theaptitudes development in the administration of the professional activity on the market as aneconomist, engineer, lawyer, philologist, journalist (elements of profession marketing). The coursehas a preponderant theoretical value, but also practical one.

Workbook if tasks for the examThe exam is taken in written form, the average grade at the practical course is taken in
consideration at the constitution of the final grade for the exam.
The composition of the final grade:60% from the average current grade and
40% from the exam grade
The exam paper is made up of questions:1. The theoretical question from the contents of the course.2. The question that refers to the moldovan political processes.3. The question which refers to practical work

The grade 9 (nine) - the student should:a) have good, stabile, multilateral theoretical knowledge, that are in the limits of the contents of the
program of the discipline;b) have abilities of induction and deduction with making an own opinion concerning the problem;c) operate terms of adjacent domains, without making mistakes in it;d) have a correct oral exhibition.The grade 8 (eight) the student should:a) have good, theoretical and practical knowledge, that are conforming the contents of the programof the discipline;
b) attests sufficient capacities of application of the theoretical knowledge;c) have abilities of de synthesis of the material;
d) have a correct understanding of the base notions of the course, but with unessential lacunae.The grade 7 (seven) the student should:a) have sufficient, theoretical knowledge, that are in the contents of the program of the discipline;
