Poliedra Ingegneria Clinica offers integrated services to healthcare
facilities as concerns the operational involvement of healthcare
technologies. In particular:
With its twenty years of experience in the Healthcare sector, Poliedra is
a multidisciplinary provider of services for:
Development, implementation, maintenance and audit of
documents ensuring the adoption of institutional accreditation
requirements. This activity guarantees assistance and support even
in the event of audits from competent Inspection Bodies.
Support to the integrated management of technical services aimed
at achieving the overall control of activities concerning the technical
management of facilities, in compliance with standards and
legislations in the �elds of: �re-�ghting, thermal and ventilation
systems, electrical installations, lifting equipment, generators, etc.
For each of the abovementioned areas the service includes the
following activities:
Collection of mandatory regulatory and legislative references;
identi�cation and survey of the assets;
organisation of the general maintenance plan;
control of maintenance timescales;
report of the activities performed;
organisation and management of the assets’ archives;
creation of operating manuals for machineries.
operational management of technologies;
planning and implementation of the scheduled maintenance;
management and implementation of multi-brand corrective
maintenance;
audit of electrical and functional safety;
disposal of the asset at the end of its lifecycle;
organisation and management of archives concerning the
lifecycle of medical devices.
Development and implementation of models aimed at the
organisational improvement; implementation of quality
management systems in compliance with international standards
(ISO 50001, ISO/IEC 27001, UNI CEI EN ISO 13485, SA 8000,
OHSAS 18001, UNI EN ISO 14001, UNI EN ISO 9001). This
activity guarantees assistance and support even in the event of
audits from Certi�cation Bodies.
Development and implementation of models concerning
organisational improvement aimed at the adoption of accreditation
requirements.
Organisation of specialist training events for healthcare
professionals about technical and organisational issues.
Integrated management of clinical engineering services in order to
control the overall lifecycle of biomedical technologies. In particular:
Creation of technological inventories;
organisation and management of substitution/purchase plans
for new technologies;
services of supplies acceptance (acceptance tests);
