GENERAL INFO
This document has been produced by IVAO Poland division to maintain proper flow of traffic during
Air Parade. Primarily this document will regard to all pilots taking part in the event, all the routing,
overflight sites and other information required.
Pilots are obliged to follow the instructions and guidelines included in this document.
Any significant deviations that can disturb the event will be subject to call Supervisor.
We thoughtfully ask all the pilots to follow it carefully, and if you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask
IVAO PL Event Department or EPWW-CH.
AIRSPACE
The airspace to the south of Vistula River will not be restricted for the event over the Warsaw City however
only authorized military and civil aircraft may fly over the city of Warsaw.
Other aircraft in flight bound for Warsaw Okecie Airport shall follow directions of Warsaw Approach
(EPWA_APP) or Warsaw Radar (EPWW_CTR), and the airport is expected to be operating normally.
All aircraft must supply with extra fuel for any delays.
Between 16:30z and 18:00z, the airspace of the Sector 03 EPWA TMA (2500-FL225 + GND-2500) will be
subject to special authorization for its use. Controllers will instruct aircraft to avoid these airspaces so as not
to conflict with military aircraft operating in these areas.
The displacement of military aircraft between departure airfields and Warsaw City for the restricted areas
will be conducted in coordination with the civil controls.

There will be 7 lots of flights taking part in the event:
Lot 1 – Helicopters (Military, different countries, if you wish to fly Polish Army please refer to Annex 1 of this
document for details)
Lot 2 – Training propeller aircraft (Military, different countries, if you wish to fly Polish Army please refer to
Annex 1 of this document for details)
Lot 3 – Fighter Jet (Military, different countries, if you wish to fly Polish Army please refer to Annex 1 of this
document for details)
Lot 4 – Transport turboprops (Military, different countries, if you wish to fly Polish Army please refer to
Annex 1 of this document for details)
Lot 5 – Large Transport Jet Powered (Military, no Polish Army available)
Lot 6 – HEAD transport aircraft (Aircraft used to transport VIPs)
Lot 7 – Other traffic participating in the event
Each lot will be provided with routing to event area, routing through the event, holdings and return route.
ROUTING
Lot 1 – Due to slow speed of Helicopters we recommend to begin your flight from following
airport: EPMM – Minsk Mazowiecki – Military Base located to the East of Warsaw City. Routes
available: IFR and VFR.
Lot 2 – Training propeller aircraft – departing EPMM. Routes available IFR and VFR
Lot 3 – Fighter Jet departing EPKS, EPMM. Routes available IFR only
Lot 4 – Transport Turboprops departing EPKK, EPMM Routes available IFR only
Lot 5 – Large Transport Jet Powered departing EPMM or from abroad. Routes available IFR
Lot 6 – HEAD transport aircraft departing EPWA. Routes available IFR
Lot 7 – Other traffic departing EPWA. Routes available IFR

Restrictions:
Lot 1 - Altitude of 4000ft display altitude 1000ft, helicopters may not use holding waypoint OKC29/73
Lots 2 to 7 - FL100 (or higher if high volume of traffic occurs) for, display altitude 1000ft
Minimum Radar Vectoring Altitude in the display area is 2500ft, pilots are expected to fly display route with
own navigation and separation at 1000ft, formation flights to be reported before clearance request.
Descend and climb phases to be operated with conjunction with ATC, apart from display path, all IFR flights
are expected to climb above 2500ft at or shortly after NEDNA.
Clear weather simulation is allowed if real weather does not permit safe conduct of operations.
