PODERE VIGLIANO

Podere Vigliano is located on the enchanting hill from which it takes its name, which dominates thevalley that runs from Barberino Val d'Elsa to San Gimignano.

The main structure of the Podere is made up of a farmhouse and a barn connected to it, from whichwere obtained 7 apartments of various sizes, furnished and finished with care and uniqueness to makeevery stay comfortable and exclusive.

The site is surrounded by 100,000 square meters of park, this includes both private gardens for eachapartment, beautifully designed and maintained, and the olive groves and woods where nature reignsinstead.

IL NESPOLO - The medlar

This residence is part of the main structure of the farmhouse. Its an apartment of 100 m on twolevels and with private garden.

The upper floor consists of a bathroom and two spacious bedrooms with views, one double room andone with the possibility of being used as a double or twin.

In this room you can also add a single bed.

On the ground floor there is the kitchen, the living room with fireplace and satellite TV, and abathroom.

The kitchen and living room have direct access to the beautiful private garden where you will find theMedlar tree from which the residence takes its name.

Recommended for:

- Families with young children who can play freely in the private garden.- Who decides to bring his animal friends on holiday. Recall that Il Nespolo together with Le

Margherite are the only two residences in which it is allowed to bring small pets on request.

Minimum Stay: 1 week

The week is considered with check in on Saturday at 17.00 and check out on Saturday at 10.00 am.

Possibility to stay from Sunday to Sunday or other days on request.

This residence was derived from an old barn of the farm and is an apartment of 110 m on two floors.

The upper floor comprises the main bathroom, particularly large and spacious, one double bedroomand one bedroom with the possibility of being used as a double or twin.

In both rooms you can add a single bed.

The ground floor consists of a large kitchen with living room and fireplace and a small bathroom.

What makes this house unique is its location and splendid mandolate on the wall of the rooms thatallow you to enjoy the charming views of the valley surrounding the farm.
