Deliverables

The results of this POC will be a number of deliverables that will fast-track a Prospect’s evaluation:

The SiSense platform installed and running in the Prospects environment on a 14 Day trial basis A Prism application built by SiSense Presales consultant along with the Prospect’s team. The application

will be turned over to the Prospect for testing and further enhancements/education during their trial. Hands on training on developing the application under the best practices of the SiSense Presales

consultant. A final presentation/walkthrough of the application with key decision makers to demonstrate how the

application will address the Business Challenge.

Front End DefinitionHere is a list of some examples of documentation that can aid in defining the dashboards

Any business requirements that need back end data transformations required for the front end layer (ie. All Revenue from Egypt should be assigned to APAC and not EMEA, All Amounts should be converted at the Monthly Average Rate and Yearly Budget Rate, etc.)

Any current reports that provide insight into the visualizations and key dimensions/measures used in your reporting. This could include Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations or existing Business Intelligence reporting packages.

Any mock ups of desired front end views; whether built in Powerpoint or drawn on paper and scanned into a PDF.

Data Expectations

There are a few expectations SiSense has from the Prospect relative to the data when it comes to connectivity, volume, delivery and quality for the POC. These expectations are needed to ensure the smooth execution of the POC for the Prospect.

The Prospect’s technical resource is responsible for providing all logins and configuration information related to the data sources required for the POC.

If data sizes are very large we are should consider one of the two options below:

1. The Prospect will do some pre-work before working with the SiSense Presales consultant to extract the data into an ElastiCube instance.

2. The Prospect will limit the scope of the data to be extracted. (ie. If there are 50 regions in the data, we may only extract 10 regions for the POC.)

Data will be delivered via one of two methods:

1. SiSense Presales Consultant will remotely connect to a machine on the Prospect’s network to connect to the data to build the ElastiCube instance.

2. The Prospect will provide the data to SiSense on their own FTP server or a 3rd Party Solution (Box.com, DropBox or Google Drive).

The quality of the data should be sufficient so that SiSense does not have to invest time in cleaning it.
