POWERED BY NATURE ™
AS AN ACCOMPLISHED MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL in Kuala Lumpur, Dr. Thresa Chan already has an
impressive resume. But add to it the fact that she is only the second Ruby in Asia, and her story becomes
even more powerful.
Thresa was born in Ipoh, Perak, an industrial and thriving city in Malaysia. She proved to be a bright
student, excelling in her classes and becoming one of the top three students in her school. She dreamed of
studying to become a lawyer but, as so often happens, Thresa’s life took a different path.
“My dad passed away when I was in high school,” she recalls, “And my mother had to work as a servant to
finance our education.” The youngest of 4 children, Thresa eventually attended a local university in Kuala
Lumpur, where she earned a scholarship to study medicine at Sussex University, one of the top universities
in Great Britain.
Today, Dr. Thresa and her husband, a successful businessman, live and work in Kuala Lumpur. Her career
in medicine is very fulfilling, and they’re enjoying fantastic success with Zrii—but they say they’re happiest
when they get to spend quality time with family.
About that Zrii business: In July 2015 Paul Lim, regional manager for Zrii in Asia, introduced Dr. Thresa to
the amazing Zrii products and business opportunity. “Mr. Paul Lim has been my mentor, and role model,”
she reports. “My full confidence and faith in him helped me make the decision. I have learned and followed
his advice to focus and never look back.” As soon as Zrii Malaysia officially opened, Dr. Thresa knew just
what to do: “Mr. Lim uses the acronym ‘MYOB,’ or ‘Mind You Own Business,’ and that has taught me what I
needed to do to achieve success!” >>

There are so many things that Dr. Thresa loves about
Zrii; choosing her favorite aspect of Zrii is difficult. But
having Bill Farley and A.K. Khalil leading the company
were key factors that made her embrace Zrii when
some of her business partners were skeptical. Zrii
was relatively unknown in Asia at the time she joined,
so it was Dr. Thresa who helped pioneer the company
through those early days, before the market could get
its own office and develop more strong leaders.
“Being a doctor entails developing close relationships
with my patients. They must trust me and trust what
I share with them,” Dr. Thresa asserts. “The same
principle can be applied when sharing Zrii.” Along
with Paul Lim, Dr. Thresa worked tirelessly to build
confidence in Zrii Malaysia, holding product talks,
house parties and POP (Prosperity & Opportunity)
meetings with close friends and neighbors. “These
are the people who decided to take a leap of faith with
me and grow a Zrii business,” she says. “We now call
ourselves the ‘Die-hard Team!’”
Being a daily consumer of Zrii’s outstanding products
has proven key to Dr. Thresa’s success. “Although I
especially enjoy drinking Amalaki, I simply could not
pick out any favorite product because I love them all!”
And her medical background is an added bonus. She
reports,“I have several patients in my practice that
have shown great results from drinking Amalaki!”
Her discipline, commitment, and attention to details
set this strong-minded woman apart. Every day she
follows a packed agenda, meeting with around 10 or 12
Zrii prospects. In addition, she has a daily meeting with

her downline leaders and helps with meetings, trainings, and even
with personal issues. “The momentum throughout my organization
is solid and powerful,” she’s happy to report. “As Zrii Asia continues
growing I foresee developing 2 or 3 Rubies within 1 or 2 years from
now!”
DR. THRESA CHAN’S BUSINESS BUILDERS
T I P S1. Be a product of the products.
Consuming Zrii products will generate changes in you that people will notice, and they will want to know what you are doing. Seeing is believing.
2. Use the POP system. Bring in as many guests as possible. However, even if you do not have any guests, join and share your product testimonials. Team spirit is instrumental.
3. Be prepared for rejection and objections. Always be positive when facing rejection (more so with your immediate family), and remain calm and focused.
4. Learn from your leaders. Developing a Zrii business is very hard work and requires unbending commitment and passion. Get in touch with your respective uplines, and attend Zrii leadership-orientation training sessions conducted by Zrii leaders.
5. Always plan your work and work your plan. A Zrii business involves a lot of planning, especially time management to contact new leads, meet with your uplines, and also manage corporate requirements.
6. Use marketing tools. New guests are delighted when they are able to read and keep useful literature that is easy to understand and in their own language!
BAHAMAS2016
NEARLY 1,500 INDEPENDENT EXECUTIVES FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD gathered at
the Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas for Zrii’s Global Leadership Academy from September
8–11, 2016. In addition to the powerful trainings, exciting recognition, incredible energy,
and unforgettable motivation, this historic event featured the biggest announcement in the
company’s history: the launch of the company’s first skincare line, ZriiNew™.
The event started Thursday evening as attendees were greeted by Ricardo Sousa, Vice
President of Latin American Sales, who introduced Zrii’s Founder and CEO, Bill Farley. The
crowd erupted as Bill took the stage and welcomed everyone to what he called “The most
important event in Zrii’s history.” Bill went on to share how the next three days were going
to shape the future of all those in attendance. He then invited Zrii President A.K. Khalil to
the stage for the major announcement of the weekend. The suspense built as the countdown
began. Echoes of cheering could be heard throughout the entire resort as Mr. Farley and >>

Mr. Khalil presented Zrii’s all-new high-performance
skincare line, more than two years in the making.
The room buzzed with excitement as A.K. spotlighted
the massive skincare industry—and the potential for
increased business as a Zrii Independent Executive.
Next, Kate MacArthur, Zrii’s Vice President of Marketing,
gave a compelling training on the product line, including
the amazing benefits, the clinical data, and more. The
audience was the first to find out that these products
had received the skincare industry’s first-ever third-
party endorsement by The Chopra Center for Wellbeing,
an announcement that was highlighted with a personal
video message from Dr. Deepak Chopra himself. The
crowd oohed and aahed as Mrs. MacArthur showed
“before” and “after” photos of real product users.
The ZriiNew launch marks the company’s first steps
into the skincare industry, and involved contributions
from some of the world’s top skincare formulators
and marketing experts. ZriiNew features four
exclusive products: a premium Facial Serum; a rich,
hydrating Night Cream; a unique Facial Exfoliator;
and a lightweight SPF-30 Day Cream. Each product
individually provides beautiful effects, but united they
form an innovative, complete day-into-night system that
harnesses the power of nature-based ingredients and
smart, targeted science.
Friday morning began with a surprise appearance
by Zrii Founder Bill Farley, who welcomed attendees
and introduced them to Dr. Raja Sivamani, the newest
member of Zrii’s Scientific Advisory Board. Dr. Sivamani
shared some information about the secrets behind the
science of ZriiNew, including key ingredients, ZriiNew’s
exclusive MicroMelt™ and Liquid Light™ technologies,
and more. He was then joined by VP of Marketing Kate
MacArthur for a ZriiNew Q&A session, followed by a
quick presentation on the industry-leading tools that
were created to help support the ZriiNew skincare line.
[Did you know? You can find these powerful tools at Zrii.

Herrera (10-Star, Guatemala), Paola Torres (10-Star,
Colombia), Fiorella Guillen (9-Star, Peru), Natalia
Bernal (10-Star, Colombia), and Alma Jaramillo (10-
Star, Colombia). This all-star group discussed how to
duplicate a business using the new ZriiNew skincare
line using simple, easy-to-learn strategies. Friday
afternoon’s session featured presentations from Paola
Núñez (new 10-Star, Peru), Federico Sarmiento (10-Star,
Colombia), and Shah Khan (new 10-Star, Malaysia). The
general session ended with recognition of new 4-Star,
5-Star, 6-Star, and 7-star leaders as well as new Benz
Club Bonus earners.

Of course, no Leadership Academy would be complete
without a Red & White Party! Friday night the group
gathered to celebrate their accomplishments, look
forward to the future, and enjoy Bahamian culture with
music, dancing, and lots of entertainment. Attendees
were even treated to a special visit from Zrii Founder and
CEO Bill Farley, who took photos with hundreds of IEs
(and showed off a few dance moves on stage!).
Ricardo Sousa began the final day with his inimitable
brand of energy and passion. Attendees were treated
to a panel of leaders from Peru who shared their
strategies to lead with the product, expand your market,
and utilize Zrii’s incredible customer program to build
their businesses. Next came inspirational presentations
by Mauricio Ospino (10-star, Colombia), Blanca Mejía
(10-star, Colombia), and Mauricio Sotelo (10-star,
Peru). After lunch, Bill Farley, A.K. Khalil, and Ricardo
Sousa took time to give Ruby Norman Cornejo from
Colombia some special recognition: Norman is the first
leader in Zrii’s history to reach the $5 million mark in
commissions earned! All were touched by the special
video presentation where leaders from markets around
the world and corporate staff recognized Norman for
his vision, leadership and service to Zrii. Mr. Cornejo
then shared some thoughts and encouragement with
everyone to reach their own heights with Zrii. The
afternoon session concluded with presentations from Dr.
Chagüi (10-star, Costa Rica); Ruby Diego Gutiérrez and
Ruby Juan Fernando Mendoza, both from Colombia.
The largest Global Leadership Academy in Zrii history
concluded Saturday night with a special recognition gala
and dinner. All the newest leaders from 8-Star and up

were recognized for their achievements over the last
several months, including Zrii’s newest 10-Stars: Paola
Núñez from Peru, Shah Khan from Malaysia, and Tan
Kim Lai from Malaysia. Zrii also recognized Dr. Thresa
Chan from Malaysia, who achieved 10-Star AND Ruby
ranks in the past six months. Dr. Thresa gave a brief
presentation that brought the energy in the room to a
new level. The recognition concluded as the newest
Achievement Bonus and members of the Million and
Half-Million Dollar clubs were announced.
All who attended this powerful event would say that
this was, by far, the greatest Leadership Academy that
Zrii has ever hosted. With the beautiful Atlantis resort
as a background, attendees were treated to incredible
inspiration, training, entertainment, and new ways to
help them Live Without Limits.
We can’t wait to see all of our qualifiers at the next
Global Leadership Academy: in Punta Cana, Dominican
Republic, March 1–4. Good luck!
Overcoming the OddsEdwin Arboleda
ZRII’S FIRST 10-STAR IN PANAMA! Edwin Arboleda was born in San Miguelito Fátima, Panama,
which is considered a “red zone” due to the high level of crime. The youngest of five siblings, Edwin’s
parents loved their children and gave them all they could. “Growing up in a dangerous area can quickly
take away your innocence,” he says. “However, my family has always stood by me and taught me the
importance of being a good person.”
Edwin was forced to overcome adversity early on. At just a year old, he contracted meningitis.
According to the doctors, this could have affected his neurological system and had serious
repercussions on his development. “Thanks to God, I overcame this illness without any problems,” he
declares.
Edwin and his siblings were confronted very early on with the hardships of poverty. He remembers, for
example, having to purchase items from the local store on credit because his family didn’t have money
to pay for them. As his siblings grew up and got married, Edwin realized that despite graduating from
college, his siblings were still unable to achieve a high standard of living. He hungered for personal
growth and financial success, but couldn’t help wondering if this was all that life had in store for him.
He reflects, “I remember saying to myself, ‘This can’t be it! This can’t be possible!’” >>

After graduating high school, Edwin attended a
public university. He worked during the day to put
himself through school, attending classes at night.
“When you are brand new to the job market, you
believe that getting a job is the solution to all of your
problems,” he says. “But nothing could be further
from the truth!” His first job was in a soap factory,
earning $40 per week. He had to work with strong
chemicals, which often made him sick. Later he
painted billboards, and in 2009 he decided to start
driving a taxi to make money.
“In Panama, taxi drivers have a really bad
reputation,” Edwin says. “It’s considered the only
option for those who can’t get a job, due to either
lack of education or having a criminal record. I spent
six years driving a beat-up taxi, all the while asking
God for a better opportunity. During that time, my
mom developed a brain tumor and had to undergo
surgery. Being a taxi driver taught me to be humble,
and that if I wanted to change my life, nobody could
do it but me.”
Edwin found Zrii in 2014. Ricardo Chambers, a
friend from church, invited him to his home to
listen to a presentation. Ricardo was a successful
businessman, and loaned Edwin the money for his
enrollment pack. Edwin was desperate to change
his life, and recognized that this was an excellent
opportunity to change his life and achieve success.
“ZRII HAS TRANSFORMED MY LIFE
COMPLETELY...TODAY, I AM ABLE TO HELP
ALMOST ANY PERSON WHO ASKS FOR MY
HELP. AND FOR ME, THAT IS PRICELESS.”
I C O N S M A G A Z I N E • F A L L I S S U E 2 0 1 6
He committed himself to Zrii, worked relentlessly, and within two
years and four months, became Panama’s very first 10-Star. Those
two years were long and arduous for Edwin, but it has brought him
success he could only have imagined before, and he gives thanks
every day to God for what he is accomplishing.
Edwin has been married to Íngrid Aguirre for almost five years, and
he cherishes the fact that she’s been by his side through thick and
thin. She is also an Independent Executive and currently a 5-Star.
“Having the support of your spouse is invaluable. When you have that
love and support, you can go anywhere, anytime to do a presentation.
It has been one of the keys to my success,” states Edwin.
Edwin also values the Zrii corporate staff for the great work that
they do. “If [the corporate staff] didn’t provide the power, none
of us could shine. You are the motor that propels us. We owe you
everything!” he exclaims. But there is no doubt in our minds that
this all-star leader is responsible for his own success, and we can’t
wait to see what he accomplishes next.
EDWIN ARBOLEDA’S BUSINESS BUILDERS
T I P S1. Work tirelessly. During my
first 18 months in Zrii I got stuck between Independent Executive and 3-Star, because one of my legs was stronger than the other. I soon realized that I needed to work around the clock. That’s when the right kind of people arrived and I was able to reach 10-Star.
2. Teach the basics, and act from your heart. I have been able to develop unyielding leaders by focusing very aggressively on the basics: prospecting, sharing, and following My Plan of Action. I will say that the secret to my success is 90% heart and 10% getting things done.
3. People are your most valuable asset. A true leader knows that his job is to support his team and make sure that they have what they need, even when he has to go without eating. Understanding your team’s needs and helping them to overcome obstacles should be your number-one priority.
4. Your team’s success is your success. This is a phrase I tell my team: “Achieving success is important, but helping others achieve success is essential.” If you are the only successful one, then when you die, so does your success. Help others succeed not only benefits you personally; you’ll also create a legacy of success that reaches well beyond yourself.
It’s the event of a lifetime. An event that has created more than twenty 10-Stars and five Rubies at Zrii. It is the single most motivating event you can attend as a Zrii Independent Executive.

WHEN SHAH KHAN WAS ONLY 15 YEARS OLD he felt he had no option but to drop out of school. “My
personal motto is: a formal education will give you a living,” says Shah, “but self-education will give you
a future.” Without a formal education and the advantages that come from broadening one’s horizons,
Shah found he had to work harder than others. Ultimately he was able to work himself into a position as a
successful investor. Unfortunately, during the financial collapse years later, Shah lost everything. At the age
of 46, he found himself unemployed, broke, and with 5 children to support. He knew it was time for a change.
That was when Shah came across a book called “The Parable of The Pipeline,” where he learned for the
first time about residual income—one of the fundamentals of network-marketing. “I realized that network-
marketing could be the avenue to get out of the wretched financial situation I was in,” he recalls. After just a
few years with his first company, Shah broke income records and began taking the networking world by storm.
In 2015, when Shah took a good look at Zrii’s world-class products and lucrative compensation plan, he
knew that joining Zrii would be a good decision. He also recognized that Bill Farley, Dr. Deepak Chopra, and
A.K. Khalil were the kind of entrepreneurs and visionary icons that he could believe in. Reports Shah: “I
think Zrii’s approach to marketing and the dynamic management team work perfectly with the company’s
approach to business.”
When Shah joined Zrii, he knew that in order to grow his network, he had to put in face time with his team
and prospects, so he made the eight-hour drive to Singapore every week. “Most people fail because they
think they don’t need to work every day,” he asserts. “Success doesn’t come easy or without effort. The key
is self-discipline and hard work.” Shah’s commitment and determination to put in that effort show in his
rapid ascent to his lofty rank: 10-Star in just a few short months. >>

So what does a typical day look like for this 10-Star
leader? “My days officially end at 10:30 p.m., when
meetings are wrapped up,” he shares, “but I stay
up reading until around 3 or 4 in the morning.” Self-
improvement, nutrition, network-marketing, and
biographies are among his favorite subjects. “You must
educate yourself and improve yourself if you want
results.” His advice to everyone is to set daily activity
challenges. For example:“How many meetings can
you hold a day?” or “How many people can you talk to
every day?” Shah’s work ethic is noteworthy: He’s been
known to host meetings and events even on holidays.
Shah feels especially grateful when he hears stories
of how the Zrii products have helped people create a
better, healthier lifestyle, or provided them with that
extra energy needed to try to improve their situation.
He emphasizes: “I joined Zrii because of these amazing
products!”
With vision, genuine selflessness, and Zrii’s generous
compensation plan, Shah is determined to achieve his
personal goal of creating 500 millionaires around the
globe. “True joy in life is not based on how happy you
are, but on how many people are happy because of
you,” he insists. Shah’s passion for network-marketing,
an industry that has so much potential to change
people’s lives, already has produced more than 25
millionaires through his teachings and trainings around
the world. “Enhancing and empowering people’s
health and wealth is, in my opinion, Zrii’s distinctive
hallmark.”

beginning of his journey with Zrii, and is grateful—and motivated. This
strong leader reflects on his hard work and his good fortune: “God has
been very generous with me,” he says, “and I want to share it.”
SHAH KHAN’S BUSINESS BUILDERS
T I P S These are the 7 “P”s that I
personally go by:
1. Persistence. I don’t like the word “try”; I feel like it automatically sets you up for excuses.
2. Patience. Things don’t happen overnight, they require work and time. Good things take time, like a bamboo plant—it’ll start growing around its fifth year.
3. Positivism. 300 things can go wrong, so focus on the single thing that went right and neutralize the natural human tendency to be negative.
4. Passion. Be enthusiastic about being able to share this great opportunity while helping others.
5. Personality. The way you feel inside will reflect the way you look on the outside.
6. Pleasant. If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all. Never criticize another company, another product or leader, or opportunity. Doing so will never make your own candle shine brighter.
7. Purpose. Identify your purpose. Mine is charity and helping others. How many people were you able to help achieve a better life?
A SPECIAL MESSAGE TO ZRII IEs FROM DR. DEEPAK CHOPRA
OVER THE COURSE OF A CAREER,
everyone encounters a wide variety
of co-workers, bosses, rivals,
customers, and advisers. Some of
these are more appealing than others
on a personal and emotional basis. But
how much they can help or hurt your
path to success is a separate question.
A career needs planning and handling,
which means that you must become
aware of how other people affect it.
Being able to assess the benefit of a
business relationship—or the lack of
benefit—is a skill like any other.
Here are five traits that are possessed
by people who can help you the most:
n Loyalty
n Honesty
n Competitiveness
n Team-building
n Creativity
Loyalty is important, perhaps even the most
important, because it means that someone else can
be trusted. Such a person is likely to share their
success with you, protect your interests, and not
always be out for number one.
Honesty is self-explanatory, but it’s still worthwhile to
beware of someone you catch in a lie, or who makes
empty promises or doesn’t carry through when they
say they will do something. Those are signs of lack of
integrity just as much as outright dishonesty.
Competitive people can be a challenge, because their
desire to win often makes every encounter, even
casual ones, a competition. But their craving to be a
winner is very useful. These are the kind of people
who create success around them if you are able to
sit back and let them win. If you compete with them,
however, the “I am a winner” type also is quick to jump
ship and drop others on their way to the top. Clearly a
competitive type who is also loyal is invaluable.
Few job situations will expose you to the next big
success, a charismatic figure you can link with, but
many job situations involve team efforts. Therefore,
finding someone who is a good team-builder is often
critical. Team-builders look out for everyone on the
team and listen to everyone’s contribution. They
make you feel valued and respected. They keep the
team project on schedule and reach the goal with
minimal conflict and personal hassles.
Creative people don’t tend to be team-builders,
but they have a sense of curiosity, discovery, and
innovation that makes work exciting. Being loners
by nature, they aren’t easy to relate to; their primary
focus will always be on their own creations. But if you
find someone who is genuinely creative, just being
around them can spark new ideas in you, and if you
are lucky enough that your creative colleague has >>

major talent, you may find yourself helping to bring
an important innovation to the world.
THE FIVE TRAITS THAT UNDERMINE SUCCESS
Since there are also people who can hurt your
career and make you miserable in the bargain, here
are five traits that undermine the path to success:
n Perfectionism
n Self-importance
n Indecisiveness
n Rule enforcement
n Tyranny
A perfectionist can never be satisfied. This type
can be easily identified because he always finds
something to complain about in others while always
excusing himself. Such people can seem reasonable
and soft-spoken on the surface, but the people
around them feel stifled and frustrated by their
constant nitpicking and refusal to let anything go,
including grudges. The best thing to do is to leave
them behind, since you will never satisfy them.
Self-important people have an exaggerated sense
of self. They tend to be blowhards who love to hear
the sound of their own voices. Being self-involved,
they are poor listeners and often bad judges of
character. But as a rule they can be handled. Cut
your encounters to a fixed time, then interrupt or
walk out as required. This won’t hurt their feelings,
because the self-important always find someone
to collar. The time to leave is when this trait makes
the person so blind to the needs of others that those
needs are totally ignored.
Indecisiveness goes along with dithering,
procrastination, and unpredictability. A lot depends
on how much a ditherer’s poor decision-making
affects your own work. Some ditherers can be
handled by making your own decisions and speaking
up when needed—these are people who want to
arrive at a decision but feel too
insecure to get there. On the
other hand, there are situations
where ditherers simply create
chaos or gum up the works by
their behavior, at which point
you should leave.
Rule enforcers and tyrants can be grouped together
as authoritarian types. They are emotionally
stubborn and inflexible. They don’t believe in cutting
anyone some slack, and when forced to, they see
the recipient as weak. Power is more important
to the tyrant than to the rule enforcer, but the two
types go hand-in-hand since rule enforcers exist
to keep others in their place as obedient cogs in
the machine. Under pressure or in a crisis, tyrants
and rule enforcers are useful, because they keep
disorder and chaos at bay. The time to leave is when
either type starts using punishment to get his way.
When you encounter these negative traits at work,
it’s not always possible to walk away or to improve
the situation. If you have to put up with such people,
the key rule is to separate your emotions from
the job at hand. Don’t try to fix the person. If your
buttons get pushed, take responsibility for your own
emotions—no one else is responsible for them, no
matter how much you want to complain or strike
back. The good news is that you can maximize
your association with people who can help you on
our way to success. All it takes, to begin with, is
the knowledge of who these helpful people are,
according to the traits they possess.

CHAPTERS, AND HAS EDITED A TEXTBOOK ENTITLED COSMECEUTICALS AND ACTIVE COSMETICS, 3RD EDITION. DR. SIVAMANI’S PASSION IS EXPANDING THE EVIDENCE AND
BOUNDARIES OF INTEGRATIVE MEDICINE FOR SKINCARE AND HOLISTIC LIVING.
Tell us about why you chose to specialize in dermatology.
Dermatology is a special field to me because it helps
me connect with people on a deeper level. That
may sound funny, but our skin’s health is intimately
tied to how we feel (our psychological state). Skin
is so personal and a primary way through which we
communicate with the world.
Do you have a specialty within dermatology, or an area of interest or expertise?
Dermatology is a diverse field. I get to see children,
adults, medical patients, and perform surgeries. I
love that. I have training in both Western Medicine
and Ayurvedic Medicine and my area of expertise
is to understand the art and science of integrating
Ayruveda with Western approaches for my patients
and in skincare.
What interested you about Zrii? And what do you appreciate about ZriiNew?
Zrii is committed to a new approach to health and
skincare. They look at the principles of Ayurveda and
integrate science with that knowledge. That speaks
to me. The ZriiNew product line was based on this
principle and created in a thoughtful way, using
scientific evidence to back the artful formulation of
a great skincare line.
Are you more of a clinician, a researcher, an educator, or some combination of all of these things?
I love people. I consider myself a clinician first; that
is what drew me to medicine. Those moments with
a patient are the most precious to me. I love
research and teaching as well, and I find myself
thriving off a combination of patient care, research,
and teaching.
In your opinion, what unites the members of the Zrii Scientific Advisory Board? Are there values, interests, or clinical philosophies that unite you?
The members of the scientific board are passionate
about health, and passionate about treating the
entire person. That philosophy speaks directly to
me. Skincare should be about the entire person
and not just the skin.
What intrigues you most about working with Zrii?
This is an opportunity to work with a group of
people that really care about the quality of their
work and products. I find that really exciting.
Fun fact about yourself:
I love music. I play an Indian instrument called the
Veena and used to play professionally before going
to medical school.

WENDY LEZCANO WAS DETERMINED TO CHANGE HER LIFE. Born in Chiriqui, Panama, Wendy lost her father
when she was 3 years old, leaving her mother a widow with four kids to take care of. Wendy’s mom struggled
to support her family. When Wendy was just 13, she moved out of her mother’s home to live with an aunt.
Determined to improve her life, Wendy managed to finish school, even earning a scholarship. After graduating
from high school, she decided to move to Panama City. She took a job working as a cashier during her last
two years of college. And after earning a degree in Chemistry, Wendy spent five years working as a forensic
chemist for the Institute of Legal Medicine and Forensic Science in Panama.
Although Wendy had already overcome the odds to find a stable job that paid well, she wasn’t fully satisfied, so
she remained open to other opportunities. “When Zrii appeared in my life, I saw it as my last chance to change
my life,” she says. Upon enrolling, she dedicated herself 100% to becoming successful, and through her efforts
reached the rank of 9-Star in just 8 months. “I have been able to quit my job and work full time as a Zrii IE,” she
declares proudly.
Wendy first heard about Zrii from her friend José Miguel Agüí, a 7-Star leader in Panama. He spent almost two
whole months trying to convince Wendy to learn more about Zrii’s unique opportunity. She was already familiar
with the network-marketing industry; just a couple of years earlier she had joined another network-marketing
company. “With the other company, I had to work seven days a week and very late at night in order to reach >>

one of the first ranks. Since so many people here in
Panama already knew of it, or were involved with it to
some extent, it was tough to grow the business.” When
José reached out to her about Zrii, she had given up
on the other company and was focused on her job as a
forensic chemist. But something about Zrii piqued her
interest, and she decided to enroll—and hasn’t looked
back since. “I value the knowledge and the experience I
received through the other company, but Zrii has given
me more than I could have ever imagined, and in just
eight months!” Wendy stated.
The key element has been building momentum for Zrii’s
global expansion. For her, the Zrii Prosperity Plan is
one of the most generous and aggressive binary hybrid
systems in the industry, all of which makes it simpler to
reach higher ranks and generate faster results.
During her early days in Zrii, Wendy traveled every
weekend to train her team. “We really put a lot into
training our team on all seven steps of My Plan of Action.
By working together using the same system, we can
all achieve our goals and reach new heights,” she says.
Training and teamwork have been key to the explosive
growth in Panama. “Our motto is ‘4 weeks to 4-Star.’ It’s
all in your hands to take this opportunity and commit to it;
if you do so, you’ll get results!”
“ZRII HAS IMPACTED EVERY SINGLE ASPECT
OF MY LIFE. MY MOM IS NOW PART OF MY
ORGANIZATION AND HAS REACHED 4-STAR.”

Wendy’s training philosophy and explosive growth helped her to qualify
for her first Leadership Academy in 2015, in Punta Cana. Her experience
there renewed her motivation and strengthened her leadership. “I can
tell you that your business will never be the same after a Leadership
Academy!” she says.
On so many levels, Zrii has changed Wendy’s life for the better. She drives
a better car, lives in a better house, and was able to become her own boss
at just 29 years old. But the most fulfilling part of her experience at Zrii
has been working with other people to help them fulfill their dreams. “The
most satisfying experience I’ve had at Zrii is the ability to transform not
only my own life, but the lives of those in my organization.”
Now that she has more free time to train her team, she has been able to
expand into the United States, Guatemala, and Colombia. Her goal now is
to keep on helping others and fulfilling her lifelong dream of founding a
youth shelter. With this great leader’s vision and determination, we have
no doubt she will make those dreams come true!
WENDY LEZCANO’S BUSINESS BUILDERS

Regardless of the challenges, if you put your heart into your work and work with discipline, you will achieve great things and qualify for all of Zrii’s Leadership Academies.
2. Fight for your dreams. Stay strong, dream big, and envision yourself succeeding regardless of the obstacles in your life, and I promise you will. Success is waiting for you at the end of the journey.

Q&A//PRODUCTSFREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ANSWERED
BY ZRII’S VP OF MARKETING, KATE MACARTHUR,
& ZRII’S NEW SAB MEMBER, DR. RAJA SIVAMANI
Here at Zrii we are incredibly excited to introduce
our brand-new high-performance skincare line,
ZriiNew! Together, ZriiNew’s premium-quality
products form an innovative, integrated
day-into-night system that harnesses the power
of nature-based ingredients and smart, targeted
science to create radiant, youthful-looking skin.
We sat down with our very own Kate MacArthur,
Vice President of Marketing, and Zrii’s new
Scientific Advisory Board member, dermatologist
Raja Sivamani, to ask them some questions about
why Zrii decided to launch a skincare line and what
makes the products so unique.
Zrii: Why did Zrii choose to release a skincare line?
Kate MacArthur: Two reasons. Number one: from a
product perspective, the ZriiNew line really rounds
out Zrii’s product portfolio, and was something our
IEs had been requesting for many years. We have
always created top-notch nutrition and supplement
products that primarily benefit the inner body … so
it was only natural that we take the next step and
come out with a line of super-premium skincare
products for the outer body as well. Reason
number two: from a business perspective, skincare
is one of the absolute best network-marketing
products in the world. It is a $120 billion business
globally and growing, and has been shown to be
largely recession-proof. It’s easy to use, and easy
to share, making it very duplicable. And people
become very loyal to skincare products, making it a
great residual-income product.
Zrii: With all the skincare products in the world,
what makes the ZriiNew line so special and
unique compared to everything else out there?
Dr. Raja Sivamani: ZriiNew is a holistic system
designed to work together day and night. The
ingredients have been thoughtfully put together
to bring together the wisdom of tradition with the
advancements of modern science.
KM: Our products also utilize smart formulation
techniques to maximize the benefits of each and
every ingredient. For example, our advanced
delivery systems help get ingredients deeper into
the skin, and we combine ingredients in highly
intelligent ways to potentiate certain effects.
Zrii: Tell us a little bit about ZriiNew’s exclusive
MicroMelt™ technology. How is this unique in the
skincare industry?
KM: Most other skincare products typically fall into
one of two categories: (1) they moisturize the skin
well, but their “performance” ingredients don’t
really penetrate down through the very >>
F A L L I S S U E 2 0 1 6
surface of the skin; or (2) they get ingredients
farther down into the skin, but they do so by
stripping the skin of its natural moisture.
Dr. Sivamani: The MicroMelt™ technology is
built on an approach that seeks to both deliver
key ingredientsto the skin and support the skin’s
moisture barrier.
Zrii: What, in your opinion, are some of the
standout results from the clinical studies
conducted on ZriiNew products?
KM: In just 4 weeks of using the ZriiNew Serum,
100% of participants experienced a measurable
improvement in skin firmness. And this was
not just self-report data; scientific instruments
actually demonstrated that the skin appeared
firmer. This kind of across-the-board result is
rarely found in skincare research. The ZriiNew
Night Cream also showed long-lasting hydration,
with 100% of participants demonstrating better
moisturization 8 hours after applying the cream
for the very first time. That’s a rare and quite
impressive result for a moisturizer.
Dr. Sivamani: I was impressed that the clinical
studies showed that the facial serum can bring
firmness and smooth the skin. The Night Cream is
effective in locking moisture into the skin.
ZRIINEW FACIAL SERUM
Zrii: The serum is the “hero” product of the
ZriiNew skincare line. Tell us what makes this
product so special and powerful.
KM: ZriiNew Facial Serum contains nearly a dozen
high-performance ingredients that have a huge
variety of benefits for the skin, helping to improve
the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, radiance
and luminosity, softness, smoothness, firmness,
brightness, skin tone, hydration and more.
Dr. Sivamani: The serum is also specially
formulated to absorb easily into the skin for daily
wear and demonstrated impressive results in
clinical testing.
F A L L I S S U E 2 0 1 6
Zrii: There was a lot of buzz about the Liquid
Light™ blend in the Serum at the ZriiNew launch
in the Bahamas. What exactly does this blend do?
KM: Liquid Light is a proprietary ingredient blend
that’s exclusive to the ZriiNew Facial Serum,
and was designed to improve the radiance and
luminosity of the skin by improving the way that
light reflects off of its surface. Here’s the idea:
Light reflects in a diffuse manner off of surfaces
that are rough, or patchy in color. Conversely, when
a surface is smooth and the color is even, light
reflects off of it in a more uniform manner.
Dr. Sivamani: Liquid Light was designed to enhance
texture so that the skin is smoother and more
evenly reflects light. Physiologically, there are
multiple ingredients that can brighten and even out
the color of the skin, and boost the skin’s defenses
against environmental stressors.
KM: That’s right. The ingredients in this blend
have a fantastic smoothing and conditioning effect.
This allows the skin to appear brighter and more
even. One of the primary pieces of feedback we get
from product users is that their skin just has this
beautiful glow to it. That’s Liquid Light!
ZRIINEW NIGHT CREAM
Zrii: In your opinion, why is ZriiNew Night Cream
so special?
Dr. Sivamani: The Night Cream is designed to work
on restoring and maintaining the skin’s natural
functions and to renew. The Night Cream has
ingredients that affect several portions of the skin,
including the barrier and the stratum corneum, to
provide holistic support to the skin.
KM: It features our MicroMelt™ technology, which
simultaneously enhances the skin’s moisture
barrier while allowing certain key ingredients to
penetrate deeply.
What I also love about it is that it has this rich,
luxurious texture when you first touch it, but it’s
not heavy—in fact, the product absorbs into the
skin beautifully upon application, and it’s been
designed to work with all skin types.
Zrii: Tell us about the unique chestnut extract
ingredient in the ZriiNew Night Cream. We hear it
was developed by a key ZriiNew formulator!
KM: That’s correct! It simultaneously hydrates
the skin and encourages the skin to shed its top
layer, resulting in smoother and softer skin. This
beautiful improvement in skin texture is often
noticeable in just 1-2 product applications.
Dr. Sivamani: This ingredient, when used in
conjunction with other ingredients in our Night
Cream, are why we see such dramatic results in
our clinical study. It can help the skin to enhance
its own protective lipid barrier.
ZRIINEW SPF 30 DAY CREAM
Zrii: Why is it so important to wear sunscreen on
a daily basis? Is it primarily for people in sunny
climates?
Dr. Sivamani: Sunscreen is an essential part of
healthy sun-protective habits. It is important to
make sunscreen a part of your daily routine. An
SPF 30 sunscreen is currently recommended by the
American Academy of Dermatology, so long as the
sunscreen provides broad-spectrum protection. The
ZriiNew SPF 30 Day Cream does just this.
F A L L I S S U E 2 0 1 6
Zrii: What ingredients are doing the hydration in
the Day Cream?
KM: We have some fabulous nature-based
emollients in this day cream, including safflower
seed oil and vitamin E. I also want to mention, for
our female customers, that this product really
works well under makeup. It has a light, non-greasy
texture and it absorbs beautifully into the skin.
ZRIINEW FACIAL EXFOLIATOR
Zrii: What’s the deal with plastic microspheres in
other companies’ exfoliators?
KM: Many other companies currently use tiny
plastic beads in their exfoliators, but they are so
small that they slip through our water system’s
filters. They are accumulating in our oceans and
being consumed by wildlife. At Zrii, we cannot, in
good conscience, use ingredients that are known
to have such a negative impact on Mother Earth.
So we have chosen to use natural, biodegradable
apricot and bamboo powders that are gentle on
your face and on the environment.
Dr. Sivamani: From my perspective, there is a risk
that microspheres can be too harsh and lead to
more harm to the skin.
Zrii: Most exfoliators are recommended for use
once or twice a week. ZriiNew’s exfoliator is a
daily-use product. How does this work, and why
should we be exfoliating daily?
Dr. Sivamani: If the exfoliator is gentle on the skin,
it can be used daily. The use of an exfoliating cream
is important to remove extra layers of dead skin,
making it easier for the ingredients in the Serum
and Night Cream to penetrate into the skin.
KM: ZriiNew Facial Exfoliator uses gentle, finely
ground apricot and bamboo powders. The particles
are both tiny and smooth, and were specifically
chosen for their ability to be used daily.
IN CONCLUSION
Zrii: Why do you think people should be excited to
use ZriiNew?
KM: It works! And the quality of the products is
extremely high, so you can feel good about what
you’re putting onto your skin.
For our Independent Executives who are building a
business, the ZriiNew line is also a fantastic way to
build your business—because it’s easy to use, easy
to share, and easy to duplicate with.
Dr. Sivamani: This line is designed to work in
synergy and is based on principles that bring
together traditional knowledge and modern
science. I am impressed by the time, effort and
level of detail that has been put into scientific
studies to understand how the line works; these
clinical results give me great confidence in the
individual products and the overall skin line. I am
very excited for Zrii’s customers and Independent
Executives to experience these products!

ENTREPRENEURSHIP WAS IN HIS BLOOD. Jorge Vara was born in Mexico City to a family of passionate
entrepreneurs, including both his grandparents and parents. As an outgoing young man, he was a natural
at connecting with others—both through conversation and music, his other passion.
After graduating from college, Jorge started playing the drums professionally with a couple of friends
in restaurants and bars. They wanted to establish their own place to play music, so they opened their
own bar—a venture that grew into a restaurant chain within the course of two years. Ultimately, the
venture was too difficult to sustain, and after 10 years, Jorge and his partners closed their doors. But
entrepreneurship is an industry defined by overcoming failure—and Jorge learned many valuable lessons
that he would carry into his later work as a Zrii Independent Executive.
Jorge began working as a financial advisor, helping people create wealth to achieve their dreams.
In 2015 Jorge’s good friend Pepe Arce introduced Jorge to Zrii and became his sponsor. As soon as
Pepe talked about Zrii’s products and explained the unique business opportunity, Jorge knew he had
found something special. He took out his credit card and asked, “Do you take American Express?” he
recalls. “It was the perfect moment. I had no knowledge of the industry.” But he saw it as both a huge
professional opportunity and a challenge to grow personally. >>

Pepe’s sponsor and girlfriend, Camila, is a member of
Diego Gutiérrez’s team—yes, the same Diego Gutiérrez
who was the first to achieve Ruby at Zrii. This unique
access to such a strong and inspiring leader gave them
living proof of the potential for success at Zrii. Pepe
and Jorge started doing presentations, nurturing their
business, and things started to flourish.
THE NEXT STEPS
“We have seen amazing growth, are working with
incredible new leaders, and our team’s volume is
growing faster than ever,” Jorge says. “Last year we
had just a couple of IEs reach 7-Star rank (the highest
rank ever achieved in Mexico). But this year, within a
single week, four people reached 7-star!”
Jorge credits much of his success to the mentorship
he receives from Pepe and from Mike Flores, both
8-Stars in Jorge’s upline. He believes that they are
both destined to become 10-Stars or even Rubies,
and Jorge has his sights set on 10-Star as well.
In his mind, Zrii is proving that it has tremendous
potential in Mexico, and he knows that the company
is at the very beginning of its growth in this huge and
important market.

T I P S1. Be persistent. Anyone who
has succeeded with Zrii has overcome rejection a million times. The business and the industry work. Be professional and dedicate yourself to achieving financial freedom and everything else that comes with it. Keep moving forward!
2. Be committed. Commit to work day after day, week after week, and month after month. Things don’t happen by themselves.
3. Be a team player. There is a saying that goes something like this: If you want results fast, do it yourself; if you want to go even faster, be a team player. I’ve learned that you can’t make your business grow unless you strive for personal growth and you work well with others along the way.
4. Lead by example. I already had my own business when I first heard this phrase. It makes perfect sense: You can’t just tell your team members what to do; you have to show them the way.
5. Keep on learning. I’ve learned more with every RSA I’ve attended, every training I’ve done, every visit I’ve made, and every conversation I have had with more-experienced IEs. Network-marketing allows you to learn so much within a short period of time.
make him Jorge’s best product testimonial. Jorge himself is a product
of the product too. “I drink Amalaki to make sure I’m getting the
best nutrition possible. For me, it’s crucial that others see that the
products improve my life. The many years that Dr. Deepak Chopra
has invested in this company and its Ayurvedic formulations are an
invaluable asset.”
LIVING THE ZRII LIFESTYLE
One question Jorge gets frequently: “Are you doing Zrii full time?” For
him, there is no doubt: “Of course I’m full time!” Jorge is very clear
about the reason he is doing this business. “My purpose in life is to
help people achieve prosperity and abundance to accomplish their
dreams. That is what I do every single day at Zrii. Some need my help
to create wealth, others need help to consolidate it, and there are
others who need to change their paradigm.”
All of Jorge’s family members are involved in Zrii, and even his best
friends. The Zrii lifestyle for Jorge involves travel, meeting new
people every day, and developing strong, long-term bonds with them.
“We all share the same desires and deal with the same struggles,
which creates camaraderie and strong bonds between us. That is the
Zrii lifestyle!” he says.

DANELLE RICH LEARNED EARLY WHAT MATTERS MOST IN LIFE. Some of her earliest childhood
memories are painful ones involving her alcoholic father, and she was only 6 years old when her parents
divorced. For a while her mother worked three part-time jobs just to provide her family with the basics.
Eventually, Danelle’s mother remarried, and that union has blessed her life ever since. “My mother and
stepfather have been together more than 30 years,” she says. “They have taught me the true meaning of
faith, family, and hard work.”
Born and reared in Bridgeport, Connecticut (USA), Danelle always enjoyed writing, reading and speaking
in public, but it wasn’t until she started college that she realized how naturally these things came to her.
“I truly loved taking courses on media and journalism,” she recalls. After graduation and a promising
start to a career in journalism, Danelle became a single mom and had to put that life on hold to devote
her time to her newborn baby girl. “Today, Gianna is a beautiful, 18-year-old, soon-to-be college student,”
Danelle shares proudly. “She has been accepted with honors at the University of Rhode Island, in the
Pre-Veterinary program.”
In 2004 Danelle married Donnie Rich. Their 10-year-old son, Lorenzo, now fills their lives with joy. “He’s our

About six years ago, through trying to help people heal
from their own personal traumas and find success in
their lives, Danelle found her calling as a motivational
speaker. “It brings me joy and fills me with a deep sense
of purpose to see people overcome pain and see their
seeds of greatness burst,” she remarks. “It’s sad that so
many people go to the grave never having fulfilled their
true life’s purpose.”
Danelle comes from a long line of real-estate
entrepreneurs, so perhaps it’s no surprise that she
loved the sense of freedom and responsibility she had
in being her own boss. Then the 2008 market crash hit
her family’s construction and real-estate businesses
hard, leaving them financially devastated. By 2010, they
found themselves working even harder, but now with
massive debts, cars that faced repossession, and painful
foreclosure proceedings.
Just when it seemed life had hit its lowest point, some
friends suggested network-marketing as a way out
of the darkness. Intrigued and practically desperate,
Danelle figured it couldn’t hurt to give it a shot. “After
borrowing $1,000 to start, I built my business after my
regular workday hours,” she recalls. “In our first eight
weeks we broke records and became that company’s
fastest-growing leaders. Although my average work
week was only 20-25 hours, I was earning double what I
did working full-time.”
“I TRULY BELIEVE THAT GOD PUT US ON THIS EARTH

T I P S1. Share Zrii in as many ways
as you can. Do home parties, webinars, hotel meetings and even use your smart phone. When people see that we build incomes right from the Internet and from our living rooms, they want to join.
2. Love what you do! The more we share the stories coming out of Zrii, the more our business grows.
3. Serve others. Find out what people need, and share the solution with them.
4. Be authentic. I have built my business by sharing our struggles and how we overcame them. When you present your story honestly, people can relate and they feel more open to doing business with you.
5. Take action and overcome fear. We start our new team members fast out of the gate and we hold their hands through it all. Once they feel the support and get over the initial fear, they become empowered and they get hungry for success.
6. Keep your team focused on the reason they joined and help them take daily action to reach their goals. Their “why” will get them through the ups and downs, while daily action will, over time, generate success.
In time, Danelle and Donnie decided to move on from that business. It
took almost a year of due diligence and investigation to identify Zrii as
their new home. They took their search very seriously, and their “wish
list” for a new company seemed endless. Thankfully, Zrii stood out in
almost every single category.
“Zrii has given me my life back, both physically and emotionally,” Danelle
says. She has had health issues for some time, and she reports that
integrating the Zrii products into her lifestyle has paid off: “I feel healthy,
energized and young!” Danelle enjoys Amalaki and Achieve shakes on a
daily basis, but she asserts that Accell is her secret weapon to staying on
top of her game. And what does “her game” look like? “On the lifestyle
side, nothing’s better than working from home. Once you get a taste of it,
you will never go back!”
Danelle’s goal is to advance to 8-Star by the end of the year: “My goal is
to achieve the million volume monthly mark for our organization, which
requires laser-focus and a millionaire mindset,” she counsels. “You
cannot achieve what you cannot see in your mind.”
For Danelle Rich, the keys to success in this industry are the same keys
to success in life: Help as many people as you can, and find enjoyment in
everything you do.

José Ángel Garza grew up in a loving family in Mexico City. As a boy, he was particularly close to his
parents. His father was his role model, a successful attorney who shared José’s passion for architecture
and cars. José’s mother is his confidant, and she exudes personal strength, intelligence, and charm.
When José was a young boy, he dreamt of becoming a car designer, and of making enough money to buy
any car he wanted. At the age of 10, he started washing his neighbors’ cars to earn money—but mostly
because he loved cars. As he grew older, however, he realized that car design was not a very viable career
in Mexico, so he studied architecture instead and supplemented his education with courses in leadership
and finance. It was near the end of his education, just three years ago, that José’s father passed away,
altering the course of his life forever.
A NEW DIRECTION
José had joined an architecture firm, and after just four months he realized he didn’t want to do architecture
for the rest of his life. He heard about Zrii in November 2014 through a dear friend. At the time, José was still
in college and about to turn 22 years old. He had never heard of network-marketing before, so he listened
attentively and was eager to learn. He enrolled immediately, recognizing Zrii as a way to help overcome his
dad’s passing, help stabilize his family’s finances, and achieve independence. “I knew that trying to achieve
some of my goals the traditional way would have taken much longer, and that was not an option” he says. >>

Of course, it took time to learn how to build a solid
organization. “At the beginning I was a complete
control freak,” José admits, and tried to do everything
himself. So one of the earliest lessons he learned
was that this business is all about teamwork, and the
most important thing you can do as a leader is focus
on the members of your organization. Once he began
focusing on teamwork, that’s when the right people
joined and his business started growing.
He has faced other challenges along the way,
including rejection, mockery from friends, and
frustration. Ironically though, these are the same
things that have helped him to grow. “I keep the
reason why I am in this business very clear in my
mind, which has helped me to overcome obstacles,”
he says.
The arrival of great leaders was definitely a huge
milestone for his organization. People like 6-Star
Andrés Sánchez Villa, 7-Star Alejandro Kamel, and his
own mother, 5-Star Rocío Gaona. “Without these key
team members, our organization would not be where
it is. They have been responsible for bringing in other
great leaders. Our ability to work well together, as
well as to attract and keep the right people, is without
a doubt the secret to our success,” José explains.
FUELING HIS PASSIONS
Zrii’s tagline “Live Without Limits” reflects the
“THE BEST MOMENTS I’VE HAD AT ZRII SO FAR: THE
DAY I SAW A $5,000 USD DEPOSIT IN MY BANK
ACCOUNT FOR REACHING 7-STAR AND THE DAY
I PICKED UP MY BMW AT THE DEALERSHIP.”

JOSÉ ÁNGEL GARZA’S BUSINESS BUILDERS
T I P S1. Focus on your dreams. Stay
focused on the goal, not the obstacles along the way.
2. Embrace challenges. Things like rejection, mockery, and frustration can help you grow.
3. Be disciplined. You can achieve results faster in this industry than any other, but that doesn’t mean that success is immediate or effortless. Follow the system with discipline.
4. Consistency is key. Do POP meetings every day, attend trainings regularly … and then do more POP meetings. The more consistent you are about presenting, the more results you’ll see.
5. Focus on teamwork. This business is all about collaboration, cooperation and coordination toward clear goals. Focus on teamwork, and growth will follow.
6. Get educated. Educate yourself about personal finances and leadership.
7. Find the right people. What matters most are the people in your organization. Attracting and keeping the right kind of people is without doubt the secret of success.
philosophy José has about life. Zrii has given him the opportunity to
find happiness and do the things he loves most: play paddle ball every
day, share quality time with his family, and drive one of the cars he’s
always dreamed about owning.
Without a doubt, José’s favorite product is Zrii Accell. “I love playing
paddle ball, and Accell helps me to be at the top of my game. I drink one
before every workout and one after lunch to give me a boost of energy.”
And if you thought that José was satisfied where he is now, you’re
underestimating him. This growing leader is setting his sights on
new goals, including transforming the lives of more than 200 people,
purchasing his first condo, buying his mother a luxury car, and earning
enough money to support his mother, sister, and future children.
“The evolution I have undergone is invaluable,” José says. “I’ve
developed personal qualities such as leadership, teamwork,
negotiation, and public-speaking abilities. Plus I have had the
opportunity to connect with other people. Zrii has opened doors and
helped me achieve personal goals, and that makes me happy.”
