TIlE Investment Promotion Authority (IPA)has signed a Memorandum of Understanding(MoU)with Oxford Business Group (OBG) to co-publish a magazine called 'The report: PapuaNew Guinea 2012'. -At the signing yesterday, IPA managing direc-tor Ivan Pomaleu said it was only a month agothat IPA formalised an agreement with PostPNG with similar. intentions for partnershipand networking,"The Report is a prestigious publication wide-
ly read globally and will in many ways assistthe IPA in highlighting investment opportuni-ties in PNG, abroad," he said."Every business intelligence report is based
