You have heard that the examination for the Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is challenging and you want to be prepared.

You have also heard about ‘boot camps’ that emphasize cramming over content… and you are looking for a training experience with a more lasting impact. If this sounds like you, our PMP Exam Preparation Workshop is the workshop that you need.

The PMP Certification is one of the most recognized project management certifications in North America. A recent study found that PMPs earn between 8% and 15% more than project managers without their designation. For many industries and organizations, certification is becoming a requirement.

Those with the PMP certification are recognized experts within their organization. Achieving the PMP designation requires both experience and knowledge of the project management standard defined by PMI: the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK).

Our PMP Examination Preparation Workshop provides you with the tools, tips and tricks to enhance your chances of success in challenging this examination. The workshop is also suitable for preparation for the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), a certification that has been more recently launched by PMI.

This workshop will introduce you to the foundations of the PMBoK necessary for you to successfully challenge the PMP exam… while also helping you to better understand the PMBoK in a context of how you really do projects.

Upon completion of our PMP Exam Preparation workshop you will:

• BeabletopracticallyaligntheframeworkofthePMBoK with a concrete understanding of how theproject management process works within yourorganization.

• Beabletorapidlyconstructasuccesssheetof process and knowledge areas to be usedas a supporting tool in studying for the PMPexamination.
