2004 Theory of the condensed state Theory of the condensed state D 1000 Plutonium Chalcogenides and Pnictides: Pressure Induced Phase Transition and Elastic Properties. — The high-pressure structural and elastic properties of PuS, PuSe, PuTe, PuAs, PuSb, and PuBi are studied by an interionic potential theory with modified ionic charge. The second order elastic constants of these compounds are reported for the first time.
