A THOROUGH CHECK AT THE START
An initial quality check takes place before our products leave the factory. Our products are checked at every step of the production process. Incoming goods undergo a visual check on e.g. product marking, labelling, etc. Random inspections take place regularly. Thanks to an extensive batch management system, every product is always fully traceable.
STATE-OF-THE-ART QUALITY CONTROL
Depending on our inspection plan, different characteristics are checked. In our quality control room we have state-of- the-art equipment to carry out dimensional, mechanical and metallurgical tests.
QUALITY: IN PRODUCT AND SERVICE
An important constant in pgb-Europe’s quality policy is the quality of our products and business processes. We have been ISO 9001 certified since 2002. Since then, our quality manual has been constantly refined. SUPPLIER RATING

The patented and CE certified Hapax wood screws are designed by Luc Pennoit and produced under strict quality control in our production facility in Vietnam. The triple thread point and the geometry of the countersunk milling ribs under the head are patented. Partly as a result of the above and an optimised thread, we achieve a low tightening torque and still a high pull-out value.
The special BlueTop coating is RoHS-compliant and offers more corrosion resistance than conventional galvanisation.
