GrandKids > Don’t forget GrandKids is taking a break to have some

family fun. Be sure to join us again August 9th to “Worship For Life!” Until

GrandKids Pre-K > If you have a heart for our littles and feel lead to

teach, we have an opening Wednesday nights beginning August 9th.

Memorial Services > Join us for a Celebration of Life, Tuesday at 6 PM for

Teresa Pugh in the sanctuary.

Women’s Event > “Lemonade” - Tuesday, July 25th at 1:30 PM. Guest

speaker: Paula Oliver, breast cancer survivor. Mark your calendars and

check your tear-off to attend. See Ruth Polgreen for questions.

CrossTraining > Wednesdays - 6:30 PM in the sanctuary. Join us for our

next short series, “Surviving Suffering/Why Do Christians Suffer.” See

Warren Tilford for questions about this study.

Church Co-Ed League Softball > Practice Tuesday at 6:30 PM.

Complete game schedule will be available soon. Due to unforeseen

circumstances, the regular season has been postponed but… should

resume soon. Watch for the BLUE sheets in the foyer. All

practices/games take place at Bates Field in Eustis. Not playing - come

and support your GIBC players! See Mark Hawkins for more details.

Book Club > Thursday, August 10th at 10 AM in the Library. August book,

“Of Stillness and Storm” by Michele Phoenix. For questions about Book

Movie Night > Wednesday night at 6 PM. Bring your pillows, blankets and

favorite snack to share. Pizza and drinks provided. Plan on being here

from 6 – 9 PM. Don’t miss it!

Night of Joy > Save the date - Friday, September 8th at Disney’s Wide

World of Sports Complex. Toby Mac, MercyMe, Colton Dixon and Matt

Maher are part of this year’s line up. More details to follow soon.

Food Pantry > Thank you church family for continuing to support local

food pantries. This month’s focus is on the RED, WHITE OR BLUE labels!

Campbells soup, Zesta crackers, Spaghetti sauce, Corn Flakes, Kraft

Mac & Cheese, Pop Tarts, and Toilet Paper to name a few. A sample list

is next to the food pantry box. See Kenny or Tammy for questions about

getting involved with this great ministry.
