Samples of Play Again Now™ – Lots 4M09, 5A04, 5A11, 5A12, 5A13, 5B40, 5C03 – have been ana-lyzed by our laboratory for specific banned substances. This profile includes antiestrogens, beta-block-ers, diuretics, narcotics, steroids, stimulants and synthetic cannabinoids/THC drug classes. Please see Addendum 1 for a complete listing of the specific substances.

Aegis uses a variety of state-of-the art analytical instrumentation to certify that supplement products are free of common banned substances. Aegis’ highly trained and dedicated staff has many years of experience analyzing a wide variety of dietary supplement products and has developed specialized proprietary techniques to analyze complex samples. By employing sophisticated sample preparation techniques, followed by chromatographic analytical methods coupled with mass spectrometry, Aegis is capable of testing products to verify that they are free of specific banned substances at a threshold of 10 ppm or less (see target analyte list inside). The analytical techniques used in the certification process include, but are not limited to, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS), and liquid chromatography-quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (LC-QTOF).
