Description: The SATINICE® velvet surfaces are robust, pleas-ant to touch and light diffusing. The range of vibrant colours can be produced with the matte sat-in surface on one or both sides to offer a warm and inviting ap-pearance. Description: Veralite 100® is an extruded transparent plastic sheet based upon APET (Amorphous Polyethylene Terephthalate) with an excellent rigidity and a good chemical resistance. Furthermore, Veralite 100® can be crystal-lized (higher temperature resis-tance). Printable, cold-bendable, food-approved and chemical resistant.

Description: Veralite 100 AR® is similar to the Veralite 100® sheet, however it comes with the added benefit of a one-sided matted surface. The matted surface of the sheet prevents reflection of sun-light while maintaining its superior transparency. They prevent re-flection, have great transparency and are easily maintained.

Ideal Applications: Flat and cold bending applications in many industries including construction and visual communication.

Description: Veralite 200® is an extruded transparent plastic sheet based upon PETG (Glycol modi-fied Polyethylene Terephthalate). PETG has the advantage of not crystallizing when heated. This makes it easily processable. It has excellent impact resistance, easily hot-bent, thermoformed and is highly processable.

Ideal Applications: Veralite 200® is the best choice for complex processing and detailed thermo-forming.

Description: High Density Poly-ethylene. Alongside its outstand-ing processability, Simona® HDPE displays high chemical resistance and offers strength and rigidity within a temperature range of between -50°C and +80°C.

Description: Simona® PVC Sheet is world renowned for quality and durability. Simona® PVC Sheets comes in 2 primary grades:– PVC-CAW (PVC-U); and– PVC-C (Corzan)

Ideal Applications: Chemical tank and equipment construction, grease traps.

Description: POM (Acetal) is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic of-fering high strength and rigidity from -40C to 100C. This polymer has high sliding characteristics and resistance to wear, as well as low moisture absorption. The density of POM is 1.410–1.420 g/cm.

Ideal Applications: Mechanical engineering, conveyor technol-ogy, automotive industry, food engineering, electrical engineer-ing, home appliances or medical technology exposure.

Description: Partially fluorinated high-performance plastic sheet that can be deployed at tempera-tures ranging from -30 °C to +140 °C; it is resistant to the majority of organic and inorganic media.

Ideal Applications: Chemical tank and equipment construction. Broader forms of PVDF, including polymers, rod and tube are used in power and electrical engineer-ing, laboratory engineering, food industry and environmental tech-nology.

Description: TECAMID is an ex-truded semicrystalline polymer with very good mechanical prop-erties, extreme toughness and excellent sliding/wear properties. TECAST is a cast, high molecular highly crystalline polymer. Both products are nylon based but TE-CAST is the more advanced prod-uct, able to bear higher loads.

Ideal Applications: Transport, electrical engineering, mechan-ical, automotive, conveyors, packaging, textiles and precision engineering.

Description: ECTFE Sheets, or Ethylene ChloroTriFuoroEthylene, is a partially fluorinated high-per-formance engineering plastic with an extremely high chemical resistance and alkaline range. It can withstand temperatures from -40 °C to +150 °C, making it a popular choice for erosive chem-ical tank fabrication and linings.

Ideal Applications: Particular-ly useful in chemical tank lining given it’s extreme chemical resis-tance.

Description: Polyethylene Ter-aphthalate Polyester. Ensinger TE-CAPET PETP sheets are very hard, with strong rigidity and dimen-sional stability. The water absorp-tion rate of PETP is low and it has a good chemical resistance (except to alkaline).

Ideal Applications: Mechanical engineering, automotive, pre-cision engineering, electrical engineering, food engineering, conveyor technology.

Description: PEEK’s are semi-crys-talline high temperature-resistant thermoplastics. The high strength of the semi-crystalline aromatic polymers is maintained even at high temperatures. High chemi-cal resistance and operating tem-perature round off its profile and make TECAPEEK an almost univer-sally applicable material for highly stressed parts.

Ideal Applications: Mechanical and electrical engineering, avion-ics, automotive, food and textile industry, semiconductor.

RITMO® PS Pipe Scraper

Description RTC 160 - 315 - 710These professional rotary scrapers are essential to prepare the plastic pipes and fittings before electro-fusion welding. They remove the oxidation layer caused by weath-er and ultraviolet rays. Description: ALIGNER 125 – 500 is an essential and professional tool for the alignment and sup-port of pipes during electrofusion from Ø 125 mm to 500 mm. The ALIGNER is entirely made of steel, featuring a central adjustable joint and pipe fastening clamps fixed on axes. The adjustable joint can be set on 4 different working po-sitions to allow welding at preset angles such as 45°, 90°, “in line” and T welding. The aligner is avail-able in two configurations: 2 axes and 3 axes (to weld T fittings).

RITMO® Universal Aligner

Description: A manual tool, is easy and fast to apply, the SQUEEZER is useful in the worksite to stop the gas or water flow in the Polyethylene pipelines from Ø 16 to 63 mm / SDR 11; SDR 17. The squeezing action runs by a movable cylindric bar and by an opposite one. The second bar can be removed to permit the pipe insertion. Two special stop templates with 4 positions (on the movable bar sides) assure a safe pipe squeeze on all working range diameters.

RITMO® Pipe Squeezer

Description: The PST-100 230V Spark Tester provides a quick and cost effective method of inspec-tion on thick coatings and linings. Coating thicknesses of between 3mm and 30mm can be tested. The PST-100 is widely used for testing butt-welded and overlap joints in the plastics and rubber, petro-chemical and pipeline construction industries. A flexible probe is included with the unit but additional insulated extension rods and electrodes can be sup-plied if required.

Description: Provides a quick and effective means of inspect-ing thicker coatings and linings. It is particularly useful for check-ing butt-welded and overlap joints on plastic fabrications. It can detect flaws in non-conduc-tive membranes up to 30mm in thickness and is extensively used in the petrochemical, pipeline construction, plastic and rubber manufacturing industries. Fully CE compliant, supplied with a 150mm flexible probe which is suitable for most uses.

Description: The Buckleys PD 130 Roofing/Bridge Deck Test Kit has been specifically created to enable inspectors to quickly effectively check a roof or bridge deck for pinholes and porosity. The PD 130 will test non-conduc-tive membranes from 16 microns to 14.4mm. The kit contains all the equipment needed to perform the tests and includes a 50m earth extension lead and a 450mm (18”) phosphor bronze electrode, suit-able for most applications.

For ease of transporting the Test Kit is supplied in a high-visibility carry-ing case which securely holds the unit and all of the accessories. Bat-teries can be charged out of the unit by mains, car lighter or good quality D-cells.

Description The Wet Roof Pro’ has been designed to locate leaks on flat roofing systems which incorporate dielectric membrane overlays such as sin-gle-ply, asphalt, bitumen and liquid applied roofs. It uses the conductive properties of water (from either rainfall or a hose) to pinpoint leaks. The generator unit creates an electrical field across the roof surface via a ‘boundary wire’ which is positioned around the perimeter of the test area and connected to the positive teminal on the generator unit.
