TM BUSINESS PARTNER STRATEGIC PARTNERAligning HR and business strategy: organizational diagnosis. The Leader is the sum of the following roles, and being an HR leader also has implications for leading the HR function, integrating work of other functions, ensuring corporate governance, and monitoring the HR community
ADMINISTRATIVE EXPERTRe-engineering organization processes: shared services. HR practices are central to HR value. Some HR practices are delivered through administrative efficiency (for example technology), and others through policies, menus, and interventions, expanding the ‘functional expert’ role.
EMPLOYEE CHAMPIONListening and responding to employees: providing resources to employees. Employees are increasingly critical to the success of the organization. Employee advocate focuses on today’s employee; Human capital developer focuses on how employees prepare for the future.
