ServicesBased on measurements and specificationspresented by customers, CESLA performs thecalculation of data using RITA® to generate a tankcalculation memory.
The integrated tank construction assistant RITA®helps calculate vertical, circular or rectangularcontainers with or without pressure in accordancewith current DVS 2205 standards.
One of the main innovations of RITA® is theoptimized calculation of rectangular tanks withsurrounding reinforcement and yoke. RITA® hasinteractive wind and snow load maps designed toplan and design outdoor tanks.

The project development service consist in theanalysis, planning and execution of plastic weldingprojects for start up companies or new applicationsfor established companies.On the other hand, through the PlasLab costumerscan be able to send sample materials in order tofind out what is the best plastic welding technologyto be used, the strength of the weld and the rigthwelding procedure.
We count with testing equipment in order to give avalid welding strength value with a callibrationcertificate.

ServicesPlastic welding is a process designed to join piecesmade of thermoplastic materials. The welding takesplace by the softening of the areas to be joined. Themolecules of the polymer acquire a certain mobilityby the action of an external agent (heat, vibration,friction, solvent, etc.).
When both pieces are joined and pressure isapplied, the interaction of the molecules of bothparts to unite, intertwine, is achieved. Once theaction of the external agent has ceased, themovement of the molecules decreases, leaving aninterlaced structure of the molecules, forming theunion of both plastic parts.
