HANDLINGPlastic Masking Film should only be applied to clean, dry, thoroughly cured surfaces. If vehicle surfaces are dirty, wash and dry before applying plastic sheeting.

NOTE: Do not apply to wet or dirty vehicles or finishes that are not fully cured.

1. Back-mask jams.

2. Apply Plastic Masking Film with “paint this side” facing up.

3. Tape down all perimeters. Masking paper can be used around the perimeters, but is not required.

4. Cut or trim Plastic Masking Film.

5. Apply paint or top coats.

6. Remove Plastic Masking Film and masking tape carefully.

APPLICATION

Transparent Plastic Masking Film and Extreme Blue Plastic Masking Film should be stored in a cool, dry place with adequate ventilation away from heat, sparks and flames.

The shelf life for Transparent Plastic Masking Film and Extreme Blue Plastic Masking Film is unlimited when stored under normal conditions.
