Make committee to give the responsibility of event.The committee will have 20 member and have 4 member under it

1 hour is introduction part

Then award will be given at 1:00 pm their will be break host will enjoy the guest and participants.

At 1:30 their will our entertainment event will start.

After 2 Singing and 1 dance performance the event will disclose with happy event.

At program time on program day 2 external committee will call every

participant and guest

In program place their should be 5 member of internal committee and 3 member of external committee.

And 2 member of external committee will handle external work at program time

2 internal committee member will be on gate to receive guest.
