Have an active, trained PAO Progress through Specialty Track Create an annual PA Plan Evaluate goals’ effectiveness annually Recruit a cadet for cadet PAO position Increase external public awareness Establish/maintain/monitor a squadron website Produce short video for YouTube Increase internal awareness of squadron activities Establish squadron newsletter Use social media to increase awareness Embrace NHQ’s branding initiatives Promote recruitment by holding open house Keep higher headquarters updated
