24 Yes, while working in JK tyres I have Lead the technology team of 6 Bsc graduates in shifts for the smoothy function of the process and especially for the reduction of scrap. Being the Team lead and Incharge of the technology department for the concerned shift, I got ample opportunities to try out all process changes and product changes for effective production and brought down the scrap level to 1.2% from 3.4 %.

28 In my last job assignment with spice-jet ltd, i was supervising a team of 5 people , whom i have train regarding the job as well as make them work under restricted time frame.As in aviation sector every minute is critical and can have serious consequences.
