LCBA Election News I am proud to announce that despite unusual obstacles this year, this is the largest group of applicants we have seen in recent memory. Nine attorneys ran for three open positions. We also had an excellent voter turnout of 176 votes, and the results are as follows:

LANE COUNTY WOMEN LAWYERS PRESENTS: TRIVIA NIGHT!

Lane County Women Lawyers is accepting nominations for the 2020 Chief Justice Martha Walters Award to be presented at a luncheon in Eugene on Friday, December 11, 2020. The Award recognizes a Lane County attorney who has demonstrated leadership in the pursuit of equal justice for all. Updated CLE Information The Pro Bono and Limited Scope Representation Committee is delighted to announce its new name - the Access to Justice Committee and is working diligently to promote and provide opportunities to widen the reach of legal services. Stay tuned for future programming!

Unfortunately, we are sad to announce that due to the on-going health concerns, the June 5th CLE, Updates in Lane County Landlord-Tenant Law Practice and How Limited Scope Representation Can Facilitate This Area” is postponed until further notice. We hope to present this programming in the fall or as soon as is practicable.

The Lane County Bar Association Family Law Section and Association of Family and Conciliation Courts monthly meetings are canceled until further notice.
