“Envy” Semi-Frameless Pivot Shower (Frameless Door Panel) with 90° Return

26mm frame width – Standard product offer. Four “Door Panel” types: Frameless, Semi-Frameless with no Stiles, Semi-Framed with Handle Stile and Framed. Single panel, two panel and three panel fronts. Standard shower options: Configurations include Front Only, Front with 90° & 135° Returns.Special shower options: Configurations include front with single 135° & 90° box returns. Side entry option also achievable. Return panel types include full height, dog leg hob, dog leg – infill and over hob. Adjustable corner post option (framed showers) enabling return angles between 90° & 180°. 4, 5 & 6mm glass options.

Purpose designed components to improve the system’s performance, function and aesthetic appearance. Patch Pivot Offset – Patent pending. Inline and overlapping panel options. No Sill option achievable on selected “framed” single and 2 panel front showers (Front only & return configurations). Magnetic close available on framed showers. Powder coated and anodized finishes. Component colours include frost, white, grey and chrome plated. Extrusions and components common with “Envy” Sliding Shower Enclosure.

The Cutting List and BOMs can be generated using estimating software available through Capral QuoCut Professional. Alternatively the Cutting List and BOM can be manually generated. For example, to generate the Cutting List and BOM for the shower shown in Figure 8.1 above, the steps are:

1. Go to Section 8 Page 3; refer to Single Panel column in the Cutting Formulas section for extrusion lengths for the front section of the 90° return shower.

2. On the same page, go to Door Type “A” column in the BOMs section for the components for the front section of the 90° return shower.

3. Go to Section 8 Page 22; refer to 90° Return (Full Height) column in the Cutting Formulas section for Return extrusion lengths.

4. On the same page, go to 90° Return (Full Height) column in the BOMs section for components required on the Return.

5. Combine the quantities from both pages for a complete shower.
