The successful projects include: $500,000 for a multi-purpose synthetic pitch at Stockwell Recreation Park $400,000 towards the Walkleys Park Clubroom Redevelopment. $200,000 for the development of change rooms and canteen at Cummins Memorial Recreation Centre $200,000 towards the upgrade of McLaughlin Park in Millicent $200,000 towards the replacement of the synthetic hockey pitch at Port Adelaide $200,000 towards the development of a regional tennis facility at Mount Barker $200,000 towards the consolidation of sporting facilities at Quorn Oval News Release www.premier.sa.gov.au

• $125,000 towards sports field lighting at the Mawson Lakes Sports and Recreation Precinctdevelopment

• $125,000 towards the refurbishment of wooden flooring at Jubilee Park Stadium in Whyalla• $35,000 towards a multi-purpose clubroom at Blanchetown Kart Club.

Mr Kenyon said all funding was required to be matched by the applicant through other fundingsources or in-kind contributions.

“This matched funding requirement means that our total annual investment of $6.581 million intothe program will result in at nearly $19 million worth of economic activity across the State,” MrKenyon said.

Applications for the next round of CRSFP are expected to open on March 3, 2012.
