Work experience of as on Site Piping Engineer in INDIAN FARMERS FERTILISER COOPERATIVE LTD (IFFCO).
From June-2012 to till date.
Role: Assistant Piping EngineerSite: IFFCO, Gujarat
Responsibilities on Site:
• Prepare daily report of work progress and man utilization.
• Coordinate with the sub contract to the target and schedule set by planning.
• Supervision of all piping work according to isometric drawings.
• Conduct safety walk through in the site in coordination with safety department on weekly basis.
• To attain final walk through of complete piping system and verify clearing of all punch list to
prior to mechanical completion
• To attain coordination meetings with client representative, site manager and project
management team to assist all commissioning activities.
• Erection of Equipment on site using Latest construction drawings.
• To ensure that project specification and standard codes for installation are were correctly
executed during piping erection and fabrication.

issued construction.

Responsibilities on site:
• To study the isometric drawing received from the clients and to identify the pipelines
and carry out the inspection works.
• Check flow direction arrows on valves verify that they are properly identified and valves
are installed in accordance with flow direction.
• Ensure that pipe supports, hangers and guides have been installed in accordance with
the piping drawings and the pipe support details.

Title : Petroleum Storage Tank & Piping.
Objective : In this project considering the statutory regulations layout was been prepared for refinery plant where the petrol and diesel was been refined and the end product had to been stored in a tank.
Calculation of the dyke wall, suction line pipe size, thickness of suction line, discharge line pipe size, thickness in discharge line, pressure drops in both lines, MTO was been find out using Isometrics with the help of PDMS.
