Pinnacle’s Construct-ability Installation Lab, spread across more than 2000 sq ft gives construction site experience to employees, integrating theoretical learning with practical experience.

§ Hardware – Pinnacle's world-class fully owned production facility at Durgapur is equipped with more than 800 HP Z series high end workstations 12 HP Proliant servers, Perimeter security Fortigate 240D connected with multiple ISPs, CISCO switches of 4507, 3560 and 2960, HP DJ T920 &T610 series of plotters, advanced scanners and other peripherals with 24x7 high-speed internet. We have layer 3 LAN through CISCO switches for fast throughput with the backbone of fiber connectivity. Pinnacle has EMC VNXe 3200 series with high availability configuration and 40 TB of useable space for data storage. We are using Symantec Backup EXE for data backup.

Pinnacle has well defined processes pertaining to central server & back-up system to support normal working process and for disaster recovery. An abrupt power failure can be handled promptly as the company is equipped with its in-house backup system for power supply.

Pinnacle has power station with battery backup by GE digital high end UPS systems Pinnacle has well planned disaster management program with a regular back backup kept at remote places.

The IT staff is well trained to support the project team continuously and also during disaster recovery. The data connectivity is supported by backup links to provide 99.99% uptime.
