Suitable for dry running with a low coe�cient of friction,low wear rate, good sliding characteristics, the transfer �lm created will protect the mating metal surface.Suitable for rotary and oscillating movement, high chemical resistance, lower absorption of water and reduced swelling. The bearings are wrapped from a cold formed homogeneous bronze (CuSn6.5) with exceptional material properties. The standard sizes incor-porate holes, which are dispersed in a special way over the whole bearing surface. These holes serve as lubricant reservoirs to rapidly build up a lubrica-tion �lm at the start of movement and thereafter reduce the running friction. The material is suitable for construc-tion and agricultural machinery etc. where high load and slow movement occur.

JDB material is made of strong cast bronze based metal with special solid lubricants embedded. The base

Having the most economical bearing shape.
Cylindrical bearings;for the most part,are
press-�tted into a pre-machined housing
with the help of a �tting pin.
Flange bearings di�er from cylindrical bear-ings due to the �ange at one end.The �anged serves as a stop gauge in assem-bly and ,in certain cases,as an enlarged shoulder of axial load.This shape of bearing also requires the help of a �tting pin when press-�tted.
Spherical bearings guarantee self-aligning of the bore by means of springs or clamping devices.The diameter of the bore does not change during mounting of the spherical bearing.
Spherical bearings with boss are seldom used.The boss serves mainly as distance piece in intermediate spacing.

In most applications, self-lubricating bearings can be �tted by press.
For this procedure, a mandrel and a press machine are used, it is forbid-
den to hit the bearing in order to avoid deformation of bearings.The
housing inner side should smooth without contamination.
Pressure assembly
The cooling �t use liquid nitrogen or dry ice,compared to press
�tting,cooling �t is e�cient and achieves more accurate installa-
tion.The standard cooling temperature is -40℃~-70℃, cooling time
should be more than one hour, details according to the bushing wall
thickness and interference design.
