‘My experience was wonderful, I gained so much, especially the new skills of working on platforms like Canva to develop a market analysis report for what was a real-world client. ‘This program really boosted my self confidence as I have been able to identify my strengths and weaknesses. I now know on which soft skill I need to concentrate more. Also, since I am offshore, this Practera project has been an amazing opportunity for me to create social contacts with students who are already in Australia.’ - Yamini V., Kaplan Business School

Student testimonials

‘Though our team had setbacks, we were able to gain some valuable insight into different industries that universities may or may not present or use as an example in tests, tutorials, and case studies. It also betters the individual's communication skills and problem-solving skills as well as independence to seek out help or solutions to their problems.’ - Zia Z., Monash University

‘I would recommend participating in this program for two main reasons. Firstly, it is because I learned so much over the two weeks about the Sustainability and Non-Financial Reporting software industry and has provided me with a field I would potentially like to work in.Secondly, I got to develop a number of skills including my research, teamwork, communication, as well as presentation skills.’ - Ishani A., University of Melbourne

‘This participation made me realise the difference between real work and school studies. I met people from other fields through networking. The most important thing is that working online is not as stressful as working on site.’ - Chong R., Curtin University

‘The platform and student engagement, encouragement, and client briefing were extremely well organized.’ - Krushi M., La Trobe University
