Max BPM - MAXIMUM BLOWS PER MINUTE
RATE
This is the rate at which the PAX will be able to acquire data.
If the hammer runs at the rate higher than the Max BPM , then some
blows will not be recorded.

Sampling tab allows choosing the sampling frequency and the number of
samples stored for each blow.
Sample Frequency 40, 20, 10, 7, 5, 4, 3, 2.5 kHz
The rate at which analog signals are converted to digital signal is known as
sample frequency.
Sampling size 1024 ,2048 ,4096
Total time stored = sample size x ( 1 / sample frequency )
eg.: T.T.S. = 2048x (1/10000) = 204.8 ms
The Pretrigger Buffer Time specifies the amount of data that will be recorded,
corresponding to the information detected by the sensor just prior to the
triggering.

BALANCING GAGES
15
Prior to the acquiring data ,the sensor offsets should be
checked.
