As required under Resulltlon 44 of SEBI (Listifll Obliptlons and Disclosure Requirements), Resuiatlons, 2015 and Rule 20 & 22 of the Companie5 (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, the Company has engqed the services of NSDL to provide electronic voting faciHty to ttie Members of the company.

1. In case the Members are voting by way of physical Postal Ballot form, the said form duly completed and signed should reach the Scrutinizer on or before the close of worklns hours i,e. 5.00 p.m. on March 23, 2020. All postal ballot forms

received after the said date will be treated as if the reply from such Members h&s not been received.

2. In case the Members are e-votins. they can cast their vote ortline durifll the period starting from 9.00 a.m . February 23, 2020, till 5.00 p.m. on March 23, 2020. Please note that e-votin& module will be disabled for voting thereafter.

Queries/grievances with regard to voting by pogtal ballot lncludiOI votin& by electronic means may be addressed to the Company Secretary at the Corporate Office address of the Company or through email at ne§ ppgprjlpllod,com.

The Company hag sent the Notice of Pr>stal Ballot to all the memben whDSe name appear in the Register of Members or In the register of beneficial owner received from the depositories as on tile cut- off date i.e. February 14, 2020. ~uch Members may exercise their voting electronically as per the procedure &iven in the Not1ce and instructions in Postal Ballot Form. The person who is not a member as on the cut off date should treat this notiCe for information purpose only.

The results of the postal ballot will be announced at the Corporate Office, at 11.30 A.M. on Tue,day, March 24, 2020 and will be displayed at the Registered Office/Corporate Office of the Company.
