PRIZES PRACTICAL INFORMATION

ThE LOFT The loft is built by the Belgian company Punt & Di-erkens. It is built in Belgian style and all internal gear has been delivered by the German company Kipshagen. There is room for 1.920 youngsters in the 24 compartments – all with conveyor belts and hardwood-grills on the floor. We can receive 1.800 youngsters in total.

NEWS! Before this season we will mount aviaries in front of each compartment. To make the young-sters feel safe and to decrease the number of pi-geons lost from the loft.

PARTICIPATION • We accept participation of maximum 1800 young-

sters – first come, first served.• Final registration is confirmed by payment before

April 1st 2014. After this date the people registered on the waiting list will be offered a registration.

• Delivery of the youngsters is organized by the country agents – see last page.

• Original pedigree and ringcard must be delivered together with each youngster.

• All youngsters have to be injected against Para-myxo before delivery.

• All youngsters have to be rung with a 2014-ring.• We recommend delivering the youngsters when

they are min. 5 weeks old.• Ill youngsters or youngsters with symptoms of a

disease at delivery will be rejected by the organi-zation.

• After the final all pigeons will be sold online at www.mchansen.net.

• In case of a disaster final the rest of the prizemon-ey will be transferred to next year.

• The entry fee will not be refunded if a pigeon should get lost – or has to be removed in case of disease.

CARE Initial care:• All youngsters will be injected against Paramyxo

at arrival• All youngsters will be treated against worms and

parasites at arrival• Each group of youngsters will be treated against

tricomonas after one week on the loft

During the season the youngsters will be exam-ined by the Dutch vetinarian Henk De Weerd from Belgica De Weerd. The droppings are examined for bacterias and the general health conditions are in focus.
