Our Services

Baylor Medical Center at Carrollton is a 235-bed acute care facility located at 4343 N. Josey Lane in Carrollton. Established in 1985, the hospital provides a broad spectrum of medical and health care services to North Dallas and the surrounding communities.

Baylor Carrollton is accredited by the Joint Commission, the nation’s oldest and largest hospital accreditation agency. We are recognized as a 2011 Top Performer in Key Quality Measures for heart attack, pneumonia and surgical care. Also, we are an accredited Heart Failure Program and Chest Pain Center through the Society of Cardiovascular Patient Care (SCPC).

Physician Referral Services are available 24-hours a day, seven days a week with operators that speak many languages. This service provides details about physicians, including board certifications, education and training, special interests, office hours and locations, and insurance plans accepted.
