Media Production Photo shoot planning document What emotional impact do you want your photography do have upon the reader? How? I want the reader to feel unsafe and as though they are being played due to the shoot being based off of the Joker. This will be achieved by having cards held by the model and having almost constant eye contact to make the reader feel slightly uncomfortable. What personnel do you need? Who are you going to photograph? I am going to photograph my friend, Jordan Pearson as she has experience playing characters based off of the Joker. What props will you need? The only props I need is a chai rand a pack of cards. The cards are to show that the model likes to play games and is sort of ‘insane’. Have you briefed your personnel/models? My model was briefed continuously leading up to the day. We were both there to pick out different costumes and organise what times were best for the both of us so that we didn’t have to rush taking the photos. What lighting will you need? Any other equipment? The main lighting will be four soft box lights. Two to light the back drop and two more towards the model to fully light their face and body.

What emotional impact do you want your photography do have upon the reader? How?I want the reader to feel unsafe and as though they are being played due to the shoot being based off of the Joker.

Have you briefed your personnel/models?My model was briefed continuously leading up to the day. We were both there to pick out different costumes and organise what times were best for the both of us so that we didn’t have to rush taking the photos.

What lighting will you need? Any other equipment? The main lighting will be four soft box lights. Two to light the back drop and two more towards the model to fully light their face and body.

Where will you shoot? Will you need a backdrop? The only backdrop needed will be a white one because it is easier to do it that way than have a colourful, contrasting background (i.e outside) because white is more adaptable. It will be shot in a studio with the four lights previously mentioned for the best results.

Make-up? Costume? The makeup is quite dark on the eyes but nowhere else. This is because the Jokers makeup on the eyes is very heavy and black. The costume will also revolve around purples and the stereotypical joker look with hints of Harley Quinn.
