Waterfront SpacesCross the fairy-light lined boardwalk and amongst the three level floating

Boathouse you will discover three waterfront wedding spaces available to choose

from including the Eastern Deck on the first level, the River Room on the middle

level and the Sunset Bar on the top deck.

Noosa CeremonyNoosa offers many magical locations to say ‘I do’ and all are within easy access to Noosa Boathouse. Depending on your choice of ceremony location the venue can be accessed a number of ways including a Noosa Ferry boat cruise, shuttle bus, car or simply by foot from one of the many accommodation options located in Noosaville.

Outdoor ceremony locations require permits from Noosa Council. More information about ceremony locations and permits can be found at the Noosa Council website: www.noosa.qld.gov.au/community/

On Site CeremonyShould you prefer to have an indoor ceremony, the option is available in your chosen space at Noosa Boathouse. This incurs a fee of $1100 and allows you access to the space from 9am the day of your wedding. Included in the fee is complimentary use of our chairs if required and staff to assist to service food and beverage during this time.

24hr Wet Weather Back Up | $300 Subject to availability, the venue you have chosen for your reception may be

secured as a last minute back up for your ceremony.

This option can be confirmed no more than 24 hours and no less than 2 hours prior

to your ceremony.

Ferry Catering OptionsFull service boat catering options are available. All packages include 2 staff members to serve food and beverage to your guests on board the cruise. Please note that boat catering food and beverage spend is included in your minimum spend.

$500 fee is charged for self-styling.

resorts close by. Our main accommodation

Sunset BarThe EssentialsLive Music Live music or a DJ is permitted in the River Room. In accordance with Liquor Licensing laws

and our unique Noosa River location, all live music and DJs must conclude by 11:00pm. After

this time low level background music may be played until 11:30pm via our in-house sound

system. The Sunset Bar and Eastern Deck allows non-amplified acoustic music only.

In accordance with Liquor Licensing laws, maximum decibel restrictions apply as outlined

in our music policy. Please Note: We ask that you advise your chosen entertainment prior to

confirming your booking with them to ensure suitability to our unique venue.

Music and AV Equipment To play music via personal device we allow complimentary use of Sound Systems in the Sunset

Bar and River Room as well as a cordless microphone. There is also a 70" TV in the River Room.

Inclusions and Function Space When booking one of our venues you receive

complimentary white linen table cloths, napkins, tables and

chairs, crockery, cutlery and glassware as well as our onsite

Function Operations Manager dedicated to managing your

event and liaising with external suppliers. All styling, florals

and additional decorating can be arranged with your chosen

styling company.

Dance Floor Hire Hire of a 4m x 4m dance floor can be arranged in the River

Room for $400.

Closing Times All functions are required to finish no later than 12pm

midnight. The bar will close at 11.30pm and guests will be

requested to leave at 11.45pm. Times may vary on public

Let's get you booked! Securing Your Date To secure the date for your wedding,

a signed copy of the terms and

conditions, together with payment of

a non-refundable deposit of $750.00

is required within 5 working days of

booking.

Failure to pay your deposit and return

our signed terms & conditions will

forfeit your booking to the next guest.

The deposit will be deducted from your

total bill when invoiced for your final

payment.

Payment Terms An interim payment of $2,000.00

is required 6 months prior to your

function. This amount will be deducted

from your total bill when invoiced for

your final payment. Final payment is

due 21 days prior to your function.

Final Numbers and Menu Selection Final guaranteed guest numbers and

menu selection is required 21 days

prior to your function for catering and

staffing requirements. Charges will be

based on these guaranteed number of

attendees or final number of attendees,

whichever is greater. The Boathouse

will cater for and charge for this

number, even if fewer guests attend.

Tastings We do not offer food or beverage

tastings at Noosa Boathouse. However

our restaurant menus reflect the style

we bring to suit your wedding or event.

We are pleased to offer a one-off 50%

discount for the wedding couple only,

to enjoy lunch in our restaurant to try

our style of food prior to the wedding.
