The Masai Mara National Reserve in Southwestern Kenya

covers an area of 1,500 sq km of open grassland, rivers and

gentle hills and boarders with the Serengeti National Park

in Tanzania. Known for the great migration when thousands

LAKE BARINGO & BOGORIALake Baringo is a fresh water lake on the oor of the Great

Rift Valley, ve hours drive from Nairobi. The extra ordi-

nary stepped basalt cliffs to the West of the lake is a clear

evidence of its violent volcanic origins. it is the shelter for

more than 400 bird species and other animals such as Hip-

pos, Crocodiles and small reptiles. Giraffes and other Graz-

Lake Bogoria is located in the Rift Valley, 25 km South of
