 4. POLICY - ALL CLASSIFICATIONS

 A. The subject matter, form, size, wording, illustration and typog- raphy of all advertising copy received by Phoenixville

 Newspapers shall be subject to approval, revision, classification,cancellation or rejection at any time by Phoenixville Newspapersin its sole and absolute descretion. Previous acceptance of anyadvertising copy by Phoenixville Newspapers will not operate asa waiver of Phoenixville Newspapers’ rights hereunder to edit,revise, classify, cancel or reject any advertising copy at any time.

 No liability shall attach to the General Manager of Phoenixville  Newspapers for interruption of publication or limitation of sizeand/or number of pages printed due to shortage of material, fail- ure of transportation, flood, fire, riots, strikes, acts of God, or other cause beyond its control.

 B. The General Manager reserves the right to change advertisingrates upon 30-day written notice.

 C. Advertising simulating news style is required to carry the word“advertisement” completely spelled out across the top of the ad.The Phoenix news typeface cannot be used in ad copy.

 D. Phoenixville Newspapers assumes no financial responsibility for typographical errors or omission of advertisements other than to

 publish a correction or offer additional future insertion space tothe extent of the error. Phoenixville Newspapers’ liability for errors on multiple insertions will not extend beyond the firstinsertion. Phoenixville Newspapers will not be responsible for errors in copy received from other publications unless the correc- tions are requested prior to deadline.

 E. Every effort will be made to accommodate reasonable positionrequests. Failure to meet position requests will not constitutecause for adjustment, refund or rerun. A 25% premium chargewill GUARANTEE position. Ask your sales representative for details.

F. Advertiser hereby warrants and represents that the advertisementis neither false nor defamatory. Advertiser agrees to indemnityand hold harmless the General Manager from and against anycost or expense, including legal fees and court costs, which areincurred as a result of or in connection with any claim or action

  brought against the General Manager which arises out of anyalleged false or defamatory matter.
