Fuel Storage TanksEnvirovault™ • UL2085 fire, impact and ballistic rated tanks• Thousands installed worldwide• Carbon steel with lightweight concrete in the

interstitial makes the Phoenix tank 1/3 lighter than concrete encased tanks, reducing shipping and offloading costs

• Stainless steel fittings and protrusions• Stainless steel design available for 4-hour fire rating

and further weight savings• Proprietary coating provides a durable surface,

ensuring a long service life• Backed by a 30-year warranty• No risk of cracking and entrapping moisture like

concrete encased tanks• Capacities from 250 to 30,000 gallons• Optional stainless steel equipment and fill boxes

Fire-Steel® • Patented, protected secondary containment

generator base tank• Two-hour fire rating, ballistic tested and vehicle

impact resistant• Available in sizes up to 13,500 gallons• Accommodates generators weighing up to 60,000

pounds (U.S. Patent No. 6,026,975)• Stainless steel fittings and protrusions• Proprietary coating provides a durable surface,

ensuring a long service life

PowerTank™

• Phoenix original design• UL listed and labeled Secondary Containment

Generator Base Tank• A substantial improvement over competitive

closed-top dike tanks• Cost efficient, true double-wall tank, will

accommodate most generator models up to 500 kW• Readily available in standard capacities up to

1000 gallons• Shipped fully tested and ready for installation,

regulatory approved test on secondary containment eliminates field testing

• No need to remove the generator for leak testing, reducing installation cost

• The enclosed interstitial space prevents the accumulation of corrosion producing moisture, which is common with a closed top dike tank

Generator Packaging Options• Motorized air intank and/or motorized air outlet

louvers (dampers)• Sound attenuation to 45 dBA reduction• Electrical and lighting systems• Wind load rating up to 200 mph• Extreme cold weather temperature control system• Stainless steel or carbon steel construction• Custom paint colors• UL listed NEMA 3R• UL 2200

Who We ArePhoenix Products, a division of Ring Power Corporation, has manufacturing facilities in Jacksonville, Florida and Oakdale, California. Established in 1991 as a fuel tank supplier, our heritage differs from that of other generator packagers. We understand fueling systems; in fact, we pioneered several innovative fueling alternatives, now widely used and required by many regulatory agencies. For example, our patented Fire-Steel® Generator Base Tank, which was the first UL2085 listed base tank, is now a regulatory requirement in many jurisdictions. Also, our Pipe Daytank System allows placement of emergency power systems in locations where it once was impractical or disallowed. We understand that fueling systems are an integral part of Emergency Power System design; not an afterthought or ‘necessary evil’.

Built to LastWe are also a pioneer in the use of aluminum structures for enclosure design. Most competitive generator packages are built with steel housings. Our interlocking panel design provides the corrosion re-sistance of aluminum, yet provides the structural integrity of up to a 200 MPH wind rating, and sound attenuation options up to 45 dBA reduction.

One Call Does It AllAs part of the Power Systems division of Ring Power, we are familiar with your requirements and expectations. We under-stand the competition, both factory and third party. We are committed to providing you superior product design, exceptional product quality, timely product delivery and competi-tive pricing.

Phoenix provides a complete line of UL 142 and

UL 2085 day tanks. In keeping with our commitment

to provide the highest possible quality, we also

manufacture fuel system and day tank controls in

our UL 508 Panel Shop. Our engineers and skilled

technicians assure proper system operation, enabling

us to provide single source reliability which is not

available from all suppliers.
