• Understand key energy-related portions of the Federal Buildings Personnel Training Act.
• Locate and navigate through the FEMP training website, ensure they obtain credits and records for their training events, and use selected courses for fulfilling their FBPTA requirements
• Understand the concept of “retuning” buildings
• Identify GSA tools, training, and resources available to assist federal building managers and operators including GSA’s FEDSAT and Accelerate FM professional development tools.
• Begin to identify how to move from information to action—from technical competence toward effective practice."
