RAW MATERIAL CONTROL

Our division, Minot Milling supplies our

pasta facilities and external customers

with durum and spring wheat flour.

PREDICTABLE CAPACITY

Minot Milling produces 8800 cwt of

durum wheat and 6000 cwt of hard red

spring wheat per day.

External Minot Milling customers include:
