Along with the amenities they have paid special attention to services like assistance in school admissions, help in school transportation, emergency ambulance service and hospitality services such as courier, medicine pick up, assistance in ration card, passport, etc. They have given extra importance to provide you with a vehicle- free and pollution-free zone. TRACK RECORD Pharande Spaces is a dynamic company and has created a good reputation since

its inception in 1999. It is said to have a track record of creating residentialtownships and projects in the areas of Pradhikaran and Pimpri-Chinchwad. They

have completed several projects of row houses, apartments, twin bungalows and

also ventured into commercial projects. Till today they have developed projects

across 30 acres of land and built-up area of more than 1.7 million sq ft. They even

won the AESA award in 2008 for one of their residential projects.

OVERALL 

In our opinion, this looks like a good project from the investment point of view

for the future. The industrial area has been growing at an accelerating rate, butthe current price asked is high for this area. This project is targeted for the IT

people in the Talawade area and also for the middle income groups. If you want

to make this place your home, you will have to wait as the date of completion is

nearly 18 months.
