PGDM and FMB participants interaction: when two cousins meet

This contact the FMB ( 17 March ) participants had an interaction with PGDM participants..All reside on the same campus but formalized interaction brings out better interpersonal skills. Life is about the holistic view of working with and getting work done by people. One cannot achieve one’s aim alone.

Here in the students of two different mind sets were spending time with each other, the focus of PGDM students is how to excel in their jobs whereas FMB students are aspiring to grow the horizons of their businesses. But in the world tomorrow they both would need to deal with mindsets of each other. Here the PGDM were getting to know what their employers would expect and the FMB would realize the environment they need to create for a professional.

PGDM and FMB both already have work experience they shared with each other the environment at their work places, their aspirations this helped them get view into each other lives and form a bond which they would nurture for life being from the same campus.
